There was a girl who helped me with my photos. I believe her name is Nichole. Anyways she made sure I liked the photos before I left, she was extremely polite and thoughtful, lastly she made sure I had a good experience.

VERY frustrated with the wasted 1 ½ hours spent dealing with confusion among the employees here while dealing with the photo dept. I go in with a stack of photos to scan (didn’t have them digital) and the young man was helpful with showing me how to scan them one by one. He advised that I could switch them easily at the end of the order to black and white and then went on break. After scanning almost 40 photos in (and it scans so slow!) a friendly lady employee then showed me how to go in one by one to switch them to black and white. Ughh… about an hour later I left with the photos ordered for an hour pick up. Shortly after I get a call from them saying they are sorry that the manager just advised them they are unable to print black and whites… seriously?! Then why offer?! They were friendly but said for me to come in the next morning and speak to a lady that she MIGHT be able to assist. Next day I go in and no one seems to know what went wrong but they would work on it. A few hours later I get a call that the photos are done and a cd is made. I am charge $ 16 for the 38 photos and a cd and get home to find the photos look like crap as they have a green tint to them. What better thing to do but Unilocal it as I wait for all of the photos to load to the WALMART online photo app that I ordered my prior ones from that were available digitally. Did I mention my total is $ 3.15 vs the $ 16 and the photos will print beautifully? So ticked…

I typically come to this walgreens for photo pick up. I use the walgreens app to purchase photos and they are always ready in about 30min, super quick! When I come to the store for pick up, Mary usually rings me up. She is always very sweet and efficient and has a big smile on her face. Good customer support from her.

Generally a good store to go to. Had Mountain Dew on sale… 2 for $ 3. Otherwise not really a place i would go to «shop», but when you need medicine it is a good place to go.

Don’t look to this store for customer service. Cashier and manager refused to honor rebate that was expired by a few days while a neighboring store kindly honored them without question. I will take my regular business elsewhere. Lord knows it’s easy to find a drugstore around here.
