We love bringing our dog here. They are so nice to her and she looks amazing after each visit. The prices are very reasonable as well!

Im a regular at Shampooch along with many friends… cant judge the book by its cover… older building but great service! Attention to detail everytime… my dog is never scared here. Open as early as 6:30 am so you are able to drop off your dog before work. Its not a luxurios entrance but who said it needs to be… all that matters is service and how clean my doggie is afterwards. Grooming is always on point and leave satisfied everytime. Appointments necessary due to how busy it is.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the prices were decent. The waiting room was dirty, my dogs were yelled at but the girl claimed she was yelling at the shop dogs. The owner tried arguing with me over the breed and medical issues over my dogs. He’s not a vet and has no right to argue over a dog’s medical issues. It took them 5 hours to groom my dogs. I called after a few hours and the guy had no idea who my dogs were. Neither dog was taken outside to go potty during these 5 hours. When I was called to pick up my dogs, I was informed they were only open for 30 more minutes. Thank goodness I live close. One of my dogs nails have cracked and splintered from how poorly they were cut. I will NEVER take my dogs back there! Very unprofessional.
