Okay, this place is not a warehouse at all. The store is quite pleasant and the man who waited on me was friendly, helpful and polite. The entire process took all of 20 minutes from the time I entered to the time I left having purchased a mattress, cover, box spring (this might have been free?), and a metal frame.
The delivery was free and flawless! I received a call this morning notifying me that my bed was set for delivery between 11am and 1pm, and that they anticipated arriving closer to 11. Mattress arrived at 11.20am. The men who hauled it up to my apartment were friendly and professional. They set it up right where I wanted, and were gone in about 10 minutes.
If I ever need another mattress, I will certainly return.
