I wish I could give no stars.
If you have young children this is someplace to stay far away from.
The owner is not patient at all and incompetent. The receptionist is very rude.

Busy office but they took me on time and answered all of my questions. I will be sure to start using ear protection as recommended. Very nice group of people. Thanks for the complimentary earplugs.

First of all, in no way did I ever mention or even type the word «insurance» in my initial review. I was merely commenting on the bad customer service/​attitudes at this establishment. I wrote it on behalf of my sister who’s name is not even mentioned here so I don’t know what the owner is talking about when he refers to my insurance not being accepted and that they gladly offered their services at no charge. This never happened and is completely irrelevant.
This place is called the Huntington Hearing & Speech Center but perhaps they should get a vision doctor in there as well because clearly, the owner cannot read.

I have been going to Huntington Hearing for over 10 years. The staff is always so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are compassionate with everyone regardless of people’s situations. All of the audiologists have their doctoral degrees, too, so you know they are up on the latest technology and information. I would never consider going anywhere else, and I’d highly recommend Huntington Hearing to anyone in the Long Island, New York area.

Had an emergency with my old hearing aids. One of them was not working properly. Well, I did not plan to purchase a new set but I am glad I did. The technology now is incredible. Bari, the audiologist showed me the newest advancements in hearing aids and explained all my options. I took advantage of the free trail period and I was so satisfied, I purchased them. Thanks Huntington Hearing!

The absolute worst from the moment you walk in! «Receptionist» was on a personal call as we entered the office and did not even greet us. First words out of her mouth were that we were late, which we were not. We made our original appointment time, problem is someone in their office erased our original appointment and moved us earlier (which I noticed as I was rescheduling) Very rude staff!
