Dunkin’ Donuts

I love this dunkin donuts. Been coming here ever since I started working in Huntington. The morning staff Monday thru Friday knows me and they know how I take my coffee. Rocky is the best he sees me walk in and starts my coffee. By the time I get to the register if there a line my coffee is ready to go. I would give it more stars but 5 is the max.

We’ve been coming to this Dunkin Donuts sporadically for many years, but mainly during the two Long Island hurricanes. During that time they were very courteous and reliable.
It’s reasonably clean at this Dunkin Donuts. In that regard it’s, in my opinion, better than the ones on New York Avenue and Huntington Village. The employees are nice for the most part. One exception though.
A year or so ago my mom went inside for coffee while I walked my (9 pound) dog outside in the parking lot and an employee sternly told me I could not walk my dog in the parking lot. I told him we were customers and I was told that it didn’t matter. I got an awful feeling about that and now I am inclined not to shop here anymore.
Overall, it’s a reliable Dunkin’ Donuts, you’ll get your coffee and donuts here and it’s clean, but I for one do not feel welcome here anymore.

I’d like to come one day when it’s not so sleepy in here just to see how well kept it stays.
I got 2 decaf hot coffees and 1 small iced blueberry coffee. What I appreciated the most along with my mom, aunt, and cousin is when I ordered the decaf the man behind the counter asked me if I minded waiting a couple of minutes while he makes new decaf? I said no not at all. When I got back to my cousin’s house the 3 of them enjoyed their coffee very much. Yes my mom and aunt split a cup of coffee. The guy could’ve been lazy and not said anything to me BUT he didn’t. So Kudos to this D&D for this guy.
Solid 4 stars next time we’re in the mood for some I’ll update my review. Hopefully it’ll be less sleepy and a bit more bustling.

The whole allure of going into Dunkin Donuts is you know what you’re getting. I was truly upset when my boyfriend and I stopped in here right before a roadtrip. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant that looked like they walked all over it before they stuffed it in my bag… super sad face.
