I like subway and usually go on my lunch hour, the service is quick but the girls there need to practice their customer service, and offer specials when your ordering. They don’t smile or greet you. Other Subways greet you as soon as you walk in. Just little practice in that area Ladies.

By far the worst Subway I have ever been too. This is the closest subway to my house so I have given it many of chances, but it always disappoints! Whenever I come here the bread is always hard and as a subway employee has told me this mean it is old. The staff is poorly trained and often overwhelmed with just the minimal crowd. So many of my hot sandwiches have been delivered to me cold and the last straw was that once I stood at the counter for 10 mins while the 2 employees where too preoccupied stocking chips to take my order! I had to walk out and never look back… I now go to the one on Liberty/Long beach blvd since it is up to subway standards…0 stars!

It is rare that I take the time to review a franchise/chain restaurant. But this is an exception. My review is mainly on the quality of the customer service that one of the employees, Andrew, provided upon and during my visit. One factor that might have contributed to his service was that there was no rush and no line, but I was very much impressed with his customer service skills. My sandwich was also prepared in a timely and satisfying manner.
