So is this is for all the people who don’t like to wait, Panda have an application or you can order directly from the website so if you are on lunch you only need to put ASAP and will be made almost instantly as long as they get it with enough time because 3 seconds orders are not possible lol also they delivery if you call them and ask on orders of $ 50 and up(up to consideration to the Panda Express) you need to call and ask them.

Horrible customer service. The manager America is rude and unprofessional. This location serves very, very small portions of the food items. Beyond outrage of the speed and quality of food. Never again will I visit this location. It deserves a minus F +++!!! Bad customer service!!!

I just wanted to buy a side of orange chicken. They wanted $ 7 for just that medium side, large was $ 10, and a combo is $ 7. So, I ended up buying a combo. By the time I got home the food was cold. Blah.

IT’S HITORMISSHERE, GOWHENYOUHAVEAMPLETIMETOWAIT. There tends to be a line, but they are pretty good at moving it along at a steady pace.. .. . When they have food ready to serve. It’s happened often that I’ve had to wait for food to be prepared. They wait until the food trays are TOTALLY empty to let the cooks know to start making more food(and some items take a while to be cooked). I’ve come almost every other day, during the week, since I was told about this Panda Express about 4 months ago. I think I should start looking for another restaurant. The waiting kills my appetite.

I came on my lunch and it’s always busy here. And for some reason EVERYTIME I come they NEVER have small cups. Really why advertise it? Oh that’s right to get that extra money. Very inconvenient place if you’re coming during your lunch time.

I love panda and the place was clean and the food was fresh, but its a long wait for something that should be quick.

5 stars for the food, the place looked clean, the food was fresh. Lots of people at lunchtime which is always a good sign. 1 star for the service. Julissa is hella rude, nasty attitude, don’t know what is going on in her life but it shows. The first person on the assembly line put the sides on the counter for her to put in the entrees and she got them mixed up, didn’t know whose food it was And dumped the chow me in back in the dish, like it was at her house. Home girl really needs to be working elsewhere or working the back… where nobody has to deal with her stank face. I said nothing because I put it on Unilocal where everybody can see. Hope the manager does too. Minus 3 stars for poor service. The cashier lady was nice though. She should learn from her. Peace.

This place is very small and is always very crowded. But customers service is good. The ladies here are always very nice. And this is the closest one to my house so I have no other choice but to come to this panda

I Came here a couple months back with my kids and husband on a Friday night at about 9:15 pm. When we arrived they had a very small amount of chow mein and fried rice left and no entrees ready except for Kung pao chicken. I believe the woman who helped me was the manager or person in charge, we asked if they were going to make any more items since they basically had nothing available. She responded with an attitude like if I bothered her by asking she said«if you want something else, it will be made to order.» Ok, why give me an attitude? Whatever, we ordered and knew we had to wait for our food which was ok at the time and paid. The cashier was really nice. After looking for a place to sit inside the dining area we weren’t able to find a clean table. All of the tables had food on them and on the floor. So we sat outside, the chairs were already set aside so we brought them to the tables that’s when a worker from inside the restaurant comes out and asks that we pick up our own chairs when we are done eating. NO, I will not. If your restaurant was clean, like it’s supposed to be I wouldn’t be eating outside. When we get our food it tastes bad. There was not enough sauce on the honey walnut shrimp and the orange chicken as well. I was not happy at all, this was my last visit to this panda. Bad customer service, bad food and dirty. The only good part was the cashier.

Walked in, ordered my plate, and made it to the cashier to pay. Total cost came out $ 18.31. I had $ 20.30 so I asked the cashier, Hispanic lady, if I can just give her 30 cents for a dollar since I was missing 1 penny. Lady just looked at me dead in the eyes and said«Yes». So obviously I expected to receive $ 2 back with her approval but instead she gave me $ 1 and 99 cents! So I gave her 30 cents, she put it in the register, then literally took it back out to add up 99 cents. Seriously? I was pretty surprised and just gave her the«Are you f-ing kidding me?» look for a long good minute. The best part is, she looked extremely confused because she had absolutely no idea what just happened. She asked me, «Something wrong?» so I explained it to her once and all she said was«I’m sorry» while walking away. Damn woman better be getting paid three times below minimum wage… SMH

They don’t have eggplant and Tofu, actually the only vegetarian food is steamed vegetables and Chow mein and egg rolls. Food was almost cold,…

My first and last visit! They’re slow, unprofessional, food is probably not kept at proper temperature because it was served cold. The restaurant isn’t even kept clean. if you’re craving Chinese — steer clear from this place! This Panda will make you never want to eat Chinese again!

Crap! Love Panda but the people most people working here are slow mentally. I got teriyaki as usual and when i got home and opened my tray. It was completely burned. Its one thing to burn the meat another to actually serve it!

This place is always so full! Especially on the weekends! But thankfully they’re building another one near by! I always go for the Beijing Beef, it’s so good!

I wanted to write a review of their party trays. We decided to use Panda Express for our company xmas luncheon this year. I ordered about 2 weeks ahead just in case they had other orders for xmas. The Good: I called several times with multiple questions and additions and they were always very polite and patient with me. Since they open at 10am we had no problems requesting for a pick up time at 10:30am. Not too many lunch places open early enough for me to use them for a luncheon. They had the food hot and ready to go at 10:30 am sharp. Food was fresh and consistent. The Bad: The 26 – 30 people party tray includes 4 sides and 4 entrees. Unfortunately the trays are very small for the price. I had to add 3 more entrees. Upgrading to an angus dish or shrimp dish cost more money. I had 32 people at the luncheon and mostly men. We barely had enough food. All that was left over was ½ a tray of steamed rice and ½ a tray of fried rice. Overall, good service and decent food but pricey.

Great panda express! This one has the best food, service, quality out of any panda I have ever been too. Even when insanely busy they always have fresh everything & keep the line moving quickly while getting your order made correctly in a friendly fast pace. If in the area this is the best place to stop by and eat(and if your friends/fam want something different it’s next to a very good wingstop that has the coke freestyle machine, or a fatburger in front of it) Oh and Luiz is tripping, the chow main is thin but the orange chicken is great and a combo cost the same as a combo at a fast food place(one side 2entrees for $ 6.50 and One Side 3Entrees is around $ 7.45, add $ 1 for a extra entrée or add a $ 1 for a prem item like walnut shrip) i eat there all the time and if you do the survey on the receipt you get a free entrée with your combo purchase
