Called in an order today for a co-​worker. The person who answered the phone was polite and attentive. Asked if the order could be delivered by 12:00 she said no problem. Order was delivered at 11:30am. My co-​worker called to thank me and said the arrangement is just beautiful and fresh. Said person who delivered it was friendly. Don’t mind the other Unilocal reviews. Order Away!!!

I was very disappointed with my last order from this location. I made my purchase online and i chose this location because my husband’s job is close by and I’ve ordered from this place years before and had no issue. i called to change deliver date because I had learned my husband wasn’t attending work on the date I had originally chosen. When I called to switch days I asked if I can get the free delivery if I ordered another product bc I noticed on the conf. email they advertised free delivery if delivered on Thursday 2−12−15 and the employee said yes they would grant me that. After like10 mins of her trying to change the delivery date and change to free delivery I heard another employee ask what she was trying to do bc she was taking so long and asked me for order # about 7 times she also told her I cannot get free delivery bc I had already paid online. So after waiting all that i just told her to forget placing the other order. I was annoyed bc she took too long and told me she would do free delivery. if she wasn’t sure she should have asked a manager before saying yes. Anyway the delivery date never got switched and when I called Friday morning 2−13−15 to check if it got delivered on Thursday like I had requested the employee who answered put me on hold without telling me and when she answered she wouldn’t let me finish talking before talking over me, She did this 4 different times during our conversation. This was a horrible experience I will never order from this location again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family as well. They need to do an undercover boss episode here to fix this location’s problems and train those rude. incompetent employees.

I made a Mother’s Day order three days prior for delivery. I made the order online and found out that the place had horrible reviews on Unilocal.I hoped for the best and waited patiently on Mother’s Day. When it reached 3:50 P.M. and the order still had not arrived at my business, I grew worried and gave the shop a call. The employee put me on hold, and later explained that my ticket must have gotten lost, but my order had not been made nor delivered. She explained that they would be able to deliver it the following day, and I was completely speechless.
Trust the reviews. Do not order from this shop for deliveries. The employee who took my phone call was not rude, however, there’s really no use in the employees sounding pleasant if you do not receive the items you order. It is not a dependable service.

I don’t know who to blame but, twice my order was delivered late afternoon
on a non-​holiday. Somebody is chewing the fat. Either the driver or the person making the arrangement. Please get a handle on this, because if this is your best service on a non-​holiday. I hate to see your service on a holiday.

This place should receive no stars for horrible service. Order was delivered at the wrong time. Order was missing two items when delivered not to mention that when I called to get my items delivered to the corresponding address they said no trucks were available and I would need to wait. Horrible experience. Do not order anything from this location. Edible arrangements is Downey is much better.

I don’t get why this place has bad reviews. They’ve always treated me well and I’ve ordered from them a few times. I’m not thrilled about the excessive delivery fee when my wife’s work is very close by but I guess it’s «company policy». Oh well, my wife liked the gift and I came out looking like prince charming. Make sure you google coupons before ordering though.

Got this for a bday gift to a VERY picky person, and it was a complete hit :) She loved it soo much, and the fruit was nice & fresh… we had it in the fridge for about 5 hrs after receiving it & it was pretty good, considering the time it was there! This was not delivery, so I can’t comment on that. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I thought it was kind of small for the price ($ 69) with free box of chocolate covered goodies… but then again, i knew they’re pricey… satisfied with the product itself though

Horrible. I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered to my mother for her 60^th birthday and it was not worth the money I spent. It looked nothing like the online arrangement and the pineapple 60 that I paid extra for was all soggy and shriveled up.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I don’t want to get into details, because this place is not worth the time. But let me give everyone a heads up. I was lied too, nothing was ever delivered, I was still charged and they did not care about my order. Worst of all this was for a Mother’s day gift.
Please take your business somewhere else!
