Great Great service! BUT!!! Their furniture are cheap and they do not last. My mother bought a bed frame four months ago and it came apart. We called them and asked them if they could fix it and they said no, they told my mom that they don’t give any guarantees. Once my mom told him that she was going to write a bad review they called her back and told her if she can bring the bed in herself which to us was ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!!

What a hidden gem! I was walking around pacific blvd looking for some new furniture for my new apt and I randomly encountered this store. It seemed like a small store but there were so many different selections! I was able to buy all the furniture needed; from a coffee table to a new memory foam bed and dining set!
Now about the customer service:
I wasn’t expecting much but the employees were so helpful! Right when i came in, they asked me if i needed any help and i told them «no I’m just looking around» then they basically left me alone. I usually hate it when businesses harass the customers the whole time they’re in the store but the guy left me alone but was still standing at a distance incase i did have any questions, which i did! THEY HAVE FINANCE, and it was my first time using something like this so the employee was so knowledgable and helpful on getting me started!
Pricing:
They just opened so you could tell they’re still looking for customers because the prices were so LOW. Im not complaining here, but it was perfectly in my price range. You are able to see the original prices, but since they’re continuing the grand opening sale for awhile, they keep it at sale prices! *LUCKY ME*
Quality:
My new apartment is fully furnished and after my house warming party, many of my friends had asked where i got my furniture from because they were so comfortable! I had referred them to this place because they were also looking for new couches and tables. Its been a couple of weeks already and my furniture has never looked so new and sturdy still!
Overall, I would defiantly continue to refer my friends here because you can’t possibly find furniture like this, at a price they’re selling! Ikea was my goto place but their furniture always broke after a couple of months or they just completely worn out.
