I met Elony in a Zumba class April 2013 and I have been a loyal client ever since. I have had the pleasure of getting her pilates and massage services as well.
For my first massage session she arrived on time and was well prepared. She asks you what areas you are most concerned about, if you have any recent injuries and/​or surgeries before she begins. The massage is catered to your specific level of tolerance, trust me I’ve been to places where they think all massages should be done with hard strokes (p.s. not all massages are deep tissue massages). She’s very in-​tune with your body and needs. I loved that she took extra care of my problem areas; lower back and neck. I would recommend Elony to anyone who needs a massage for relaxing purposes as well as someone who needs special attention for problem areas.
Elony’s one-​on-​one pilates are treated in the same manner as her massages. She asks for your concerns/​problems before you begin your workout. She makes sure that you are working the areas that you want while making sure she is giving you the right directions to get to where you need. Elony is very professional and courteous with a sweet demeanor to boot. Give her a call, I promise you won’t regret it. She’s stellar at what she does!
