Tried to get an appointment to be seen for my back injury and they transferred me to a line that kept ringing… i called again(receptionist sounded annoyed and like she had a broomstick up her bum) transferred me again to an answering machine. My workers comp company called today and the lady didnt know what workers comp even was!!! Need new employees that are actually helpful… god forbid they deny a dying patient :(very upset with the way they handle business

who is picky about a doctors office? not me. I have never thought twice about going inside of a building for medical care but I pulled up thought about maybe driving away. Decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and go anyway. MOSTUNORGANIZED place ever. the staff is beyond rude. I waited for legit 4 hours total. It was a mess. The examination table had DUCT tape on it to hold it together. They took my blood but I was terrified that they were using rusty needles, thats how gross this place was. doesnt need to be the most fancy place… but needs to be clean and organized. on top of all of that. nobody would give me a referral me to a migraine specialist which is why I came to begin with. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

Horrible place for urgent care. Unfortunately I didn’t have another choice under my insurance, so I had to come here. The doctor prescribed me a medication that gave me a really bad allergic reaction. When I phoned the next day, the nurse told me that the doctor said that none of the symptoms I described matched the drug he prescribed me, but if I wanted to, he could give me something else. What the heck?! She then went on to say that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because they were too busy — even though I called about 10 times that day to see what the status was of my prescription. I just can’t believe that they wouldn’t take a few minutes to make a phone call to the pharmacy so that I could get my antibiotic. Beware the«French doctor»! STAYAWAY!!!

Most of the workers are unprofessional. The nurse who works for Dr. Castillo was very rude when taking my vitals. She seemed annoyed at me the entire time. They obtained my urine and blood samples and I needed them to be sent urgently to my primary physician. I was told it would be faxed the next day. Five days later I still had no response. I spoke to the lady at the medical records department who did not perform her job and refused to accept that she was at fault. She claimed that people had not been in the office on Friday and possibly Monday which was untrue and practically yelled at me claiming she had a lot of experience in the field(which i thought was irrelevant). Finally she claimed to have mailed my medical records. I asked for her name and she told me it was Joanne, when in fact in was Angie. I spoke to her supervisor Maria who was more professional and offered to look into the issue. The entire experience was a bad one.

This place is unprofessional. They ask u to sign in name address and phone number so every one who signs in can see it what happened about ur privacy rights. Girls on the 3rd floor are very rude. And customers service what so ever. I walk in the girl told me to get out. No in any kind words. I will definitely will be changing MD soon
