Wrinkle Free Me

Being of Asian descent I knew I was destined to look like a 21 year-​old well into my 60’s perhaps even my 70’s so skin care was always far from my daily priorities. I was always skeptical of going to a «medical spa» but after a few recommendations from friends who have received stellar skin care from Wrinkle Free Me, I gave in and decided to give it a try. Hell, if nothing else I figured I’d walk out with better knowledge about skin care. I tried some very mild options and decided to get a facial, talked about some better cleansers, and moisturizing options. and I was blown away by the enthusiasm and helpfulness of their service. I even ended up getting a skin peel there twice. Bottom line, I don’t write a lot of reviews here on Unilocal but my skin is now as smooth as cage-​free eggs and I wanted to set aside some time and write this review for them.

This review is long overdue. I took my mother here to address the lines over her forehead and crow’s feet a few months ago. The office here is beautiful, cozy and easy to find, their staff is so warm and welcoming.
Since this was her first time receiving Botox injection she was a bit nervous. We asked a bunch of questions and all our questions were addressed by Dr. Diana who was very nice and gentle to my Mom and made her felt relaxed, very well taken care of. The Botox injections got rid of her forehead wrinkles and softened crow’s feet around her eyes which made her look years younger. She also mentioned during the injection didn’t give her any pain at all and the results were noticeable in 3 days. I was equally impressed with the savings I received for her Botox here. We will definitely be back.

Just got home form having my botox and lips injected with juvederm for the first time by Dr Diana and I just want to say I LOVE MY LIPS!!! I I’ve been going to see Dr Diana for the past 2 years and never has she steered me in the wong direction. So I have to disagree with Anna S’s unpleasant reveiw. For all you people out there who have had botox before know that 30 units only gets you so far. So if Dr Diana was giving you her professional opinion on how much botox you might need to better your results she’s going to be honest and tell you what she thinks you need. That doesn’t mean she’s trying to upsell you. At the end of the day you can say yes or no. I seriously don’t think she would treat you any less if you decided on not getting additional botox or other procedures done. Her place is small but quaint, very clean and modern décor. My respect goes out to anyone who runs their business like Dr Diana does. She and her staff take pride in what they do. Thanks Dr Diana for always making me feel beautiful!:)

I have known Dr Diana for a long time and I disagree with the review posted saying that all the practice wanted was to up sell! To begin with, I think her new facility is very cute and cozy. And I believe it is the doctor’s duty to point out other things you might benefit from. I was just there in early December for Botox and I wanted Juvederm on my lips. Dr Diana was so honest and said I didn’t need it at the time! She suggested I wait until February or March! Now that’s honesty! She gave me her professional opinion ! I really wanted it but I listened to her, after all they are the professionals

Gahhh I absolutely hate leaving a less than stellar review but this was my 2^nd time getting Botox & it was not nearly as good as the 1^st time. My husband bought me 30 units as a gift on LivingSocial so I went. To start with, it seemed like an up-​sell from the beginning & the lighting was as hideous as it can possibly get. The only picture taken was from a cell phone camera. Kinda felt a little more like being in someone’s home than a Dr.‘s office. My concern was my forehead lines which weren’t addressed at all because apparently that pushes your eyebrows down? The suggestion was to only treat the frown line above my nose which we all probably know doesn’t require 30 units of Botox. Not sure what would be done with the rest of it since it wouldn’t have gone into my face for sure. I mentioned that the 1^st time I had it done I got a bit of an eyebrow lift from it which she ended up doing but not sure if it’s only because I mentioned it. A few tiny injections & I was on my way feeling like I could only look decent if I spent an extra $ 2,000 — $ 4,000 dollars. These figures were presented to me which was never done at the place I went to the 1^st time. There was no up-​sell at that place. They simply treated my concerns & that was all.
I only have ONE experience to contrast this to & maybe that 1^st time I just happened to get the best Dr. ever from researching & paying top dollar because they took photos from all angles, every facial expression, etc. & reviewed those with me prior to getting anything done. I had Botox to my forehead & frown line (32 units) which I could swear was wayyyyyy more injections than I got from Wrinkle Free Me. I don’t understand how this process could have been so much more involved the 1^st time & so 30 seconds the 2^nd time? Anyway, I felt a HUGE difference the 1^st time & almost nothing this time. My eyebrows are a bit more arched & that frown line is just now starting to soften a bit but that’s it.
All in all it’s just not for me for several reasons. I hope it wasn’t because I had a gift deal & not technically paying full price. I will go back to the 1^st place from now on. Very convenient parking though I must say :-)

I received a chemical peel here and it was my first time ever getting one. I’ve gotten a facial before but I wanted to try something different since I’ve been breaking out a lot more.
Entering in the building, it felt very warm and professional. Everything looked so clean! I also received a CO2 treatment, which was pretty cool and felt nice (cooling and tingly). They warned me I might be a little red and flaky after the treatment but so far, my skin is good! They also told me to call if I have any worries which I really appreciate. I’m coming back here next month for another peel and I recommend this place to everyone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Diana for about 4 years now. Each visit is definitely a warm and comfortable experience for me. She is very caring, compassionate and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Diana to anyone who is looking for consistent superior results. She is defintely an artist with botox and fillers (did not hurt at all and no bruising). Each treatment has surpassed my expectations. I’m extremely happy. I love the results and appreciate her attention to details.

I have been Dr. Diana’s patient for over three years. She is amazing at creating a very natural look. I appreciate her for being able to recommend things I have heard about, and I love the results! She is an artist, and works with such ease and confidence. My face had lost it’s fullness, and thanks to her, I look more like «myself.» She is such a positive and genuine person. Her office space is beautiful and relaxing, and she offers services that create a younger, fresher you.

Dr. D is amazing! I’ve been getting injections for years. I will never go anywhere else again. Not only is Dr. D a wizard in turning back years she has integrity. She truly cares about her patients over well being. She has such a gentle touch. Simply the best!
