I was in a serious pinch at work and my laptop started to get really hot and then shut off. I was always nervous going to a computer store because I thought I would get ripped off but they were very knowledgeable and reasonable.

I was referred by a friend to come to total care computers to do a custom built gaming box. They gave me a reasonable price for the specs I was looking for to run my favorite games of Call of Duty and Battlefield. The team there were very knowledgeable and patient in every step I needed to make decisions about the the parts I need to choose; they even went the extra mile to teach me the real differences of having different components and how they correlate with real world performance.
It took them only 2 days to finish the built and they gave me 1 year warranty on hardware and 60 days software stability assurance and 1 week of remote support.
On my way back home, I connected the computer and I was so amazed of how fast the computer started (I remember they told me to pick up the SSD instead of normal hard drive), I also have chosen GTX 970 Graphics card and an i7 Processor; after few hours of loading my games and updating them I was able to see how amazing this box is and I was so exited to start gaming.
I was finally able to beat some of my opponents on both of these games.
I cannot wait to try more newer games and see how it will perform.

I was driving when i noticed this store, i was on my way to best buy to fix my laptop. I stopped to ask them if they can fix my laptop because it was super slow; I decided to gave them the chance do the fix because i liked the price they quoted me.
They have replaced my hard disk and reinstalled windows and transferred my data as well as install outlook and recovered my mails and contacts
I was very happy that they finished the whole work in the same day! And I did not loose my data
