A few months months ago, someone tried to accuse me of stealing from him then tried to extort thousands of dollars from me. I looked around for a lawyer but didn’t like most of them and then I found atty.Bertz. He met with me and my wife right away, very pleasant but somehow I knew that he has this feisty attitude deep inside. He did his due diligence, spoke to the detectives, and the DA whom he knows by the way, and even called my accuser and really stuck it to him. Make the story short, my case did not even make it the court. Best decision I ever made retaining his service. Thanks again Atty Bertz if you happen to read this post.

I was fortunate enough to recommend to a friend a great dui lawyer from my hometown of Huntington Beach. One of my best friends was charged with a DUI and Mr. Bertz was able to practically save his life. He didn’t have to go to jail and that was the best part. Go somewhere else if you want a truly competent, and honest communication and representation. Use the public attorney and don’t waste your money on this firm or their lot for clear cut cases. The proposition that someone would mix up the actual firm that represented them as they argue is absolutely preposterous and reflects the way they conduct business here.
