He is not a straight shooter. He posted an ad on Zillow on 03⁄08 as a selling agent for a property in Huntington Beach… his ad said «3 Bedroom 2 bath Home with Huge Master. Over 1600 sq ft of Living Area. Bike to Local Beaches. Nicely Landscaped Front and Back with Concrete Pavers. Has Separate Living and Family Room. Romantic Fireplace. Priced to sell. COMING SOON. Call Steve for a Sneak Preview. 714−350−3665»
When I contacted him directly to ask him to show me the property, he wouldn’t even show it to me unless I appoint him as my buying agent. (He is trying to double dip as both selling and buying agent). When I refuse to appoint him as my buying agent, he totally disengaged from the conversation and bluntly told me «have your realtor contact me» if you want to see the property.
I found him extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and dishonest.
