Jennifer Vasquez has been a real help to my wife and I. She has worked with us on three transactions now so we have a lot of experience with her and the team at Mor Escrow. What makes Jennifer stand out is that she really takes the time to walk us through the documents and explain what they mean. I’ve worked with several escrow agents who want to get through the doc signing as fast as possible and refer me to other people if I have questions. Not very comforting when you’re signing something that will last for the next 30 years! If you can choose who you want to handle your escrow, you should request Mor Escrow and ask specifically for Jennifer. You won’t be sorry.

Do not use these people. They lost our loan documents and our credit is now compromised. People have been trying to open credit cards and loans under our name. They didn’t call us immediately instead waited over a week to tell us, it wasn’t until we called to verify exactly what information was actually lost that we found out the extent. Angela is possibly the most rude and helpless person there. They did absolutely nothing to make up for the lost documents! This has turned our lives upside down, and these people should not be in business. Angela especially should probably not do any job… I’d pay her to stay at home where she couldn’t harm anyone.

We bought a piece of residential property, and the seller chose Mor Escrow. They completely screwed up our transaction by failing to transfer title for the manufactured home on the lot. We found out about their negligence four months later when the county tax collector called us.
Mor Escrow has done absolutely ZERO to help us out of this mess that they created. We are having to open escrow again with a COMPETENT escrow company to get this fixed.
Do yourself a favor and choose an escrow company that will not screw up your transaction and then slam the door in your face when you ask them to fix it.

Mor escrow is the best in town. Martha Morrow and her Team get the job done. Instead of you having to call and find out whats going, they call you and email and anticipate the problems before the arrive. Friendly and ethical service is what it all about. We have been doing business with them over 15 years.
