I came here about an hour and a half before they close and I was told I couldn’t order original chicken became they only had grilled. Either they ran out of chicken to fry or the employees were too lazy to make something. I cannot stand this location and will not return. I don’t think anyone who works there cares at all about the customer.

This place never wants to do what they are paid to do. They didn’t want to cook chicken tonight. They told a lot of people there would be a long wait, 20 minutes. Last time I come to this piece of shit place.

This KFC needs the health and sanitation department STAT. Had to pick some stuff up at WalMart today and we wanted to eat something quick and cheap so we stopped by this KFC in the same plaza. I tried to open the front door but there was two large trash bags thrown on the floor filled with trash and sort of blocking the door. I had to push them out of the way with the door to get inside. The workers didn’t seem to give a damn about it and went on about their day. This was definitely a health code violation. Should’ve left but we were already inside lol. I ordered a small Go Cup with two chicken tenders and potato wedges. The employees here really seem to hate their job and aren’t afraid to show it. They forgot to give me my sauce and when I went up and nicely asked them for it, the girl was like, «What do you need?» in a snappy way. I just can’t stand people like this, who take out their anger and problems on others. Be professional. If you hate your job, then quit. Or at least fake it if you need this job. After finishing one chicken tender, I went to grab the other tender– I pulled it out of the cup and noticed there was a 3 inch curly black hair behind it in the cup. Disgusting. I just don’t wanna know where this came from. I threw away the rest of my food. That’s when I noticed more trash on the floor too. I didn’t even bother to complain because I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Go to a different KFC! Run away from this one! Run Forest, run!

I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and usually it is pretty good but the last couple of times have not been. On one occasion i ordered the 5 dollar chicken breast meal and lo and behold it was a thigh! Oh sorry they all look the same! Next time got the same meal and the breast was all skin and breading and what little meat there was, was over cooked. It took me over 5 minutes to get anyone up to the counter — don’t know where they all went — then the young man looked at me like oh well till I actually asked for a replacement. Some days the service is excellent and some days not so much. I’ll just see how it goes from here.

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Basket w/Sweet Corn for $ 5.49 The Chicken was crunchy and had a great flavorful kick. The Sweet Corn was delicious. The Biscuit was very good. A power-packed Meal from this Drive Thru.

Im not a big fan of KFC chicken but this KFC is hidden in the Walmart with a crazy small drive thru. This one tends to have more specials then most and cleaner. The chicken is KFC that I grew up on. But better other chicken place out there. KFC gets a 3 stars for food but this place gets four stars for being better than most in the area.

It’s always something… WTF is the matter with this place? First — food is not the issue. It shouldn’t be and it isn’t. Problem — service or the lack of it. Always check your order! Coupons… Despite what is written on the freaking coupon, they won’t allow substitution. Suck as white meat. I don’t want it free, but I would like to use the freaking coupon. The inside is always dirty. Bring a box of Clorox wipes… Today… Come on… The order was mostly right. No ice became easy ice, but no biggie. What ticked me off was that as soon as the final bag reached my hands the window slammed shut. WTF indeed! No condiments, no «do you need anything else» or «have a nice day». It’s literally like something in a comedy. So we sit there ignored until one of the brain children looked outside. We still got screwed out of half the utensils and fake butter, but wife was happy to get her honey mustard sauce. So if you come, don’t worry too much about the food, but don’t drive away until you count your chickens. Pieces anyway. It also helps to pretend you are getting punked on a TV show…

This place is disgusting! I don’t know why I even came back! Got the family chicken strips meal and two of the tenders were battered deep fried plastic bag pieces.

Went to KFC for nostalgia’s sake. It was god awful. The chicken was cold even though I specifically asked for them to fry fresh chicken. They’ll fry it once every few hours and serve it from the warmers. The sides were all cold. The staff(all 5 of them in an empty restaurant) were lazy and rude. The place itself is disgusting. There was a table splattered with an orange substance that no one bothered to clean in the 30 minutes I was there.

I haven’t had KFC in a while, but I would never forget what their chicken tastes like… well, actually, I wouldn’t. LOL Anyway… I was on my way to the library, and was feeling kind of hungry; I hadn’t had time for breakfast this morning since I was in a bit of a rush to get to class at OCC. I got off the 76 line via the OCTA off Beach and Talbert, and walked over to the Walmart center. I saw that they had a couple of flyers regarding the Hot Shot Bites for $ 3.99 if you get a 6-piece combo or $ 5.49 for a 10-piece. Hey, I was hungry, so I thought I’d go with the 10-piece. :D So…I got my 10-piece meal with the potato wedges with honey mustard(I don’t do ketchup on fries much anymore), and when I took a bite of the«hot shot,» there was one thing missing: WHERE’S THE *CRUNCH* LIKEEVERYONEELSEWEREEXPECTINGONANYPIECEOFFRIEDCHICKEN??? The meat itself was dry, but the spiciness was pretty much up to my expectations, so kudos to that. :) Would I compare this to normal«popcorn chicken» like we used to have back in the day? Ehh… no. But like I said, it(the hot shot bites) was spicy enough to my expectations, so I’ll keep an extra star for that. The service was great, staff was friendly, and the speed was excellent; I could hear my order number calling, just as I was about to take a seat at my booth. 3⁄5 stars

This place totally sucks. In fact, most KFCs in this area suck. Expensive for the pieces they have. Chicken tasted old. I’d rather have Popeye’s and that isn’t any better in the OC either. One thing that I’m convinced of, California cannot make fried chicken. I also searched for fried chicken places on Unilocal and I got a bunch of Asian restaurants! Need I say more

The workers were super helpful and friendly! Although most fastfood workers are grumpy I never had a bad experience with the KFC workers. Had my order taken by An and oh my goodness he was such an awesome person I left KFC with the biggest smile: D For sure I’ll come back!

there’re no sauce are tissue around the fountain drink area now, we have to ask for it :( I would say this place have a lot of togo and drive thru order, because there’re no one at the cashier to take order most of the time. However, this place is always busy inside the kitchen. some of the table weren’t clean. everything else and the food quality are ok

I’m a fan of KFC’s delicious and unhealthy food on occasion. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru at this KFC Service = 1.5 stars Food = 2.5 stars Atmosphere = 3 stars There were some young kids riding their skateboards loudly and very close to my car in front of the building and it reeked of weed. It didn’t disturb my experience because I just rolled up my window and turned up the music. I got to the order speaker and asked if they could hold on for just a moment because the layout of the drive thru is awkward and you can’t see the signs for food. She said it was fine. I ordered the snack size famous bowl with two bisquits and my boyfriend ordered a number 8, the snackers, without colonel sauce. We had to wait through the drive thru for a rather long time but our food was ready by the time we got to the window. She opened the window, took my card and closed the window. She gave me my card and handed us our food. My boyfriend asked her if there was no sauce on the snackers, because she didn’t repeat any of our order to us. She ignored us and slammed the window shut. He saw there was no sauce but also no lettuce. She reappeared with our drink and he said excuse me at least 3 times and I said excuse me 2 times before she acknowledged us. She rudely told us that they didn’t carry lettuce then closed the window in our faces again. We were taken back by how we were treated. We left and then came back because we forgot honey mustard sauce. My boyfriend went inside and there was a helpful gentleman at the front and the girl who had been rude to us was nowhere in sight. Her name was Nati and I’ve never had a worse drive thru experience in my life. I just wanted to get some food and go but I left very upset. The snack bowl was tasty(always is!) and my boyfriend said they were alright but he was used to receiving lettuce on his snackers. All that he got at this KFC was a small piece of chicken between two plain pieces of bread. It was very disappointing. The lettuce wasn’t so much the issue but rather the way we were told and the service we received. Sad, because it is down the street from where I live.

I always had a fun at KFC. The chicken were one of the best, most especially their spicy hot and delicious chicken meal. My mom used to order 5 times a week(I don’t know mom was just lazy to cook or she was just like KFC chicken) . I’m just sharing the good times with my family at KFC. I will never get tired eating your spicy chicken. Hope you will us give some discount, when we drop by at the restaurant.

So I had $ 4 in my wallet last night. It’s very rare that I have cash and when I do have it I can’t seem to spend it fast enough and last night I wanted to spend it… I wanted to spend a portion of it on a foamy, creamy, dreamy diet A&W root beer. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited my turn to tell the employee about my order and while I waited I went back and forth considering if I was going to buy medium or large. I considered the amount of root beer that I would miss out on because of ice displacement and decided that I would go with a large. Menu board speaker: Welcome to KFC, would you like to try one of our(insert random fried chicken item, combo, or bucket here). Me: No thank you, I’ll have a large diet root beer please. Menu board speaker: I’m sorry, we don’t carry root beer anymore… would you like something else? Me: No, thank you. My heart sank… this was the closest place to get that root beer and it’s delicious. The female voice in the speaker was very polite, her words let me down gently. I just hope that the next time I stop in at Wal-Mart(next door) I’ll remember that this KFC no longer has an A&W with it.
