had an awesome experience. Rosie nearly saved me half on my policy from what i was paying before. She has taken the time to call and remind me the few times my payment was late, i mean who does that? life get the best of me sometimes and i forget, i am super grateful for that. she’s very easy to get a hold of and prompt to help me out whenever i have insurance related questions which comes very handy as i have a home, RV, and multiple vehicles i need covered. i was refereed here by co-​workers who have been coming here for years. i have since recommended my usually finicky in-​laws and they’ve been happy thus far.

I purchased car insurance from Mercury via the internet as I am currently on the East Coast and traveling. Rosie called and told me my payment was due. I tried to pay online and the system was down. When I reached someone on Monday, my policy had been cancelled. I called Rosie and she told me she had to rewrite my policy and I lost the initial down payment, she also ask me to come in! She sucks as an agent. She could have had three more cars and a house from me when I returned to CA, but she was no help. I would NEVER do business with this company again, especially Rosie! She is the worst, most useless agent I have ever dealt with! I will spread the word in HB and NB as I know a lot of people! Watch out Rosie!
