Hollywood Hat Lounge

Unfortunately they are now out of business. But they have another store in Hollywood @ Highland, California.

I went down to the beach with my fiencie and forgot to bring my hat with me, we happened to walk buy the Hollywood Hat Lounge and thought we would look inside.
At first we thought it was going to be overpriced but I really needed a hat. We met Brandon and he was very knowedgable about hats, when we told him we just needed a hat for the day he didnt try to upsell us on to an expensive hat, whitch he probalby could have since I have very fair skin, instead he sold us a nice straw hat for about 10.00. Since then we have been back there for all of our hat needs because of Brandon’s customer service, knowledge and their great selection of hats.

Stopped in to the store by sheer chance about 2 months ago and the best experience you could have! Great service and great atmosphere. The shop has the most amazing selection of hats as well as the most spectacular art displayed throughout the store. The art is done by the owner himself and that just adds to the coolness of the shop. I has such a great experience the first time that I made a specific trip out to cali from az just so I could nab another treasure!

This place is amazing the guy that worked there was very social in a good way. I am usually not a fan of hats but I wanted one to go with my favorite suit. We must have been through about 30 hats everyone of them adding a different welcomed style and look. I finally settled on one that was far from what I would have expected originally but after telling the guy that worked there when I would be wearing the suit and hat next he made suggested the hat. Yes he could have sold me more expensive hats and I would have been happy but he sold me the hat that suited my needs. Hollywood Hats definitely help me «suit up»

This place is great for hats the one guy there is amazing at helping you out. They have tons of selection plus get new varieties all the time. The ONLY reason I gave this 3 stars is because the first time I went there service was amazing he was so kind, patient and helpful. Since been back and each time I go in the guy there has been on the phone. Me and my BF waiting close to 20 min for him to get off the phone and help us plus he didn’t know where stuff was since he wasn’t the usual guy but seriously at least acknowledge our presence or say something or at least try end the call. The regular guy there is amazing, but I have asked for special requests and they said they would call when they get it in or at least give me an update which the never do. And when I try to call their line is ALWAYS busy. So this great hat store Has some minor kinks that’s why I gave it 3 outta 5 stars.

My bf got the Living Social deal for this place, and we forgot about it until just before it expired… so on the way home from work one day I stopped in to try to choose a hat for him kinda last minute.
The guy working there, I think his name was Byron, was incredibly helpful! It seemed like I wasnt the only one to pop in just in time for the deal, but he was extremely patient and happy to tell me about each hat. My bf has a pretty big head (big brain?) so I was nervous about finding something that would fit. But turns out Byron had the same giant head, so he humored me for the next 30 minutes by trying on random hats and letting me text my bf pics to see which ones he liked. :)
It’s a pretty small store, but they pack in a lot of hats (and scarves, too!). Byron listened to the styles my bf liked, and narrowed down my options by size based on what styles I described. I ended up getting this awesome Stetson cap (
) which was half off, and I could use the deal amount towards the purchase.
Oh – one thing: It’s kinda hard to find. The address is Main St. in HB, but the storefront is actually down a side street a little bit, not directly off of Main. They have a sign and hat stand out front though so you should be able to see it easily.

This is what I’m talking about… a 5 star hat store?

Inexpensive, great staff, an impressive selection, and they host champagne parties and promote new brands! I am a hat queen and I have bought 6 hats here! I love their variety. OOO, shop there and you will learn what brands make a hat «prada» quality and which ones belong in wal-​mart. *not that they carry cheap wal-​mart hats :)*
HINT:
if you see something you like… BUY IT! I’ve made this mistake, everything they have sells quick and they don’t keep a huge stock. Never say «maybe next time» at this type of store!

Totally dope hat shop located right off Main Street in Huntington Beach USA. Probably would rate this one as the best I’ve been in because I found so many different styles not seen elsewhere that looked so good! I usually stick to the standard fedora (I have 4) but this shop had so many different style takes on such a classic piece. I actually found 2 I liked but decided on one. Plus the prices are very affordable, I could have purchased another 3 or 4 if I was feeling a splurge. And the staff is really friendly and easy to talk to; felt I’d known the girl all my life. So glad they have a website I can order off of!
