GameStop

i love Gamestop, it’s my favorite place to go. Typically: the employees are kind and helpful. Not here.
Try to go to other Gamestops. There’s a BUNCH nearby. My reasons as to why I recommend not to come here and why i will never come back:
1) the Employees here are also so pushy; it makes me not want to come back.
2) Employees don’t care about you: i’ve been ignored so many times. i have also seen employees on their personal cellulars making calls (seriously)
3) Parking sucks. good luck trying to find somewhere to park. you’ll be forced to park in the structures, have fun walking to spend money
i have a few other reasons that i’d put up if i had more time. Morale of the story: go to another Gamestop. Drive the extra 5 minutes.

I love how their prices are cheaper than any other store

Very friendly and well stocked location. They have a variety of games all at a variety of prices so there is something for everyone.
I recently had a birthday so I came to spend some extra money. The cashier was extremely helpful in helping me make my choices and I found everything I wanted. The cashier also informed me of a coupon on my account I ended up using and saved a lot of money because of it.
I will definitely be back again.

I came here saturday afternoon and the guy that helped me was very nice and probably one of the best customer service experience I had in retail Ive had! I totally forgot his name though but I know he said he was a deadpool fan because that was the game I ended up buying! Id come here again, very helpful staff and friendly as well! good job guys!

midnight game release closed before 12:15am –_​-​. if your gonna put your money into a gamestop place it somewhere else this store sucks horribly. I literally called them while i was outside and they said they could do nothing to get me the game in which i paid in full for already… after i went home i called again and was told that they don’t even know how long midnight release goes. in other words it’s a corporation with not system in place to properly implement out the games being giving to it’s guest. I love gamestop and have been with them for over 10 years but i will never go back to this store other than to get a refund and then buy the game at a properly managed gamestop out of principle. they need to just turn this place into a golden spoon and call it a night.

My fiancé and I came here to look at psp games since this is one of the only locations in the area that carries them. He asked the guy (I think his name was Sean) to print out a list of the games and prices so he could see the selection without having to look through the shelves for a long time. Sean obliged, but not without making my fiancé feel bad. There was literally NOTHING going on in the store but he acted like printing a page was such a big deal. Then when we went to buy the game, he carded us! Sure, it was a rated M game. We are clearly over 17 (my fiancé has a full beard!), and Sean shrugged his shoulders and said «Sorry, if you look under 30 I HAVE to card you.» It was obvious that he was just trying to give us a hard time. We’ve never been carded for a rated M game. Sean acted like he was selling us alcohol! My fiancé didn’t have his ID but thankfully I had mine. We’ll never ever ever come back to this location.

I sporadicly went in to find a copy of Catherine, and found it immediately pre-​owned. I began to look for it new and was approached by Sean to ask if I needed help with anything. I asked him if they have a new copy, and he assured me that it would be displayed on the wall if they carried it while helping with a quick skim for himself. I told him it was alright, and he offered to check other nearby Gamestops if they did. I greatly appreciated the offer but was content enough with my copy to decline. At check-​out, he asked if I was a member, and I couldn’t remember if I was. A line started forming behind me, but he still took the time to check if I was, and asked if I wanted to get started once finding out I wasn’t, which I declined. He remained professionally kind the entire time given that there were several people in the store and he being the only associate on the floor.
Big thumbs up on customer service, and hang in there. :)

Went in looking for a specific game, Corissa found it for me ASAP! This place has friendly staff.

Been to this location to trade and sell some games a few times. Great customer service! They actually know most of the games your talking about when you ask about them. This location is a little busy because its in the Bellaterra shopping center but still isnt that bad if your actually patient. some of the pre owned games are a little more expensive then other store but hey its in a shopping center right.

Can your customer service reps get any more pathetic on the phone… if u dont like your job dont work there… idiots

They have a large selection of games. Pretty nice. They have alot of used games too if you want to save money: P

I went to Game Stop for the first time ever this week, my 5 year old son had an emergency dental appointment and he was so good at the dentist I told him I would take him to go get a game… We ended up at Game Stop @ The Bella Terra, the guys in the store were nice and helped my son pick out a game that he loves. Thanks :)
