Great service and nice people working there! They have a few value meals. I haven’t eaten at a Denny’s in over 10 years and I can see why, the food isn’t good. The mixture of ingredients are off making the food below average. Most of their food are just a filler. Most of their food is average priced but the will get you on the drinks, over priced. This is a cleaner location than most and open 24hrs.

I’m not giving this 5 stars like its the best restaurant but I do this its great amongst Dennys. I’ve ordered so many meals to go and they always get my meticulous order correct. The front door always gets stuck open and lets freezing cold air in… they should really get that fixed!

I felt like I was at WalMart with the crazy employees. Funny thing is, there is this half wall where the kitchen is and for some reason every employee goes behind and they magically believe the customers can’t hear or see them… The night crew is always talking shit to each so blatantly and in your face. I started looking around for camera equipment like I was getting punked or some shit. Order the«Oreo Blender Blaster» and enjoy their immediate look of anger knowing that they have to make it and not the cooks. However I’m still gonna give the place two thumbs up because it’s almost like a free show with your milkshake. Cheers

Denny’s is my go to late night hang out with friends but I generally have low expectations as far as food and service. That being said this is one of the nicest Denny’s I’ve ever set foot in. Very clean, new décor and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our server mike was great! And the food came out fast and was tasty as well. Don’t settle for terrible service and food just because it’s 1 in the morning. Come to this Denny’s!

Horrible!!! I called to place a to go order and they didn’t answer. I drove all the way there and called again just to see if the phone rang. It did and the got all counter guy who amazingly didn’t have a name tag didn’t even flinch as the phone rang and rang. Customers were trying to pay and he was stumped as to how to make change. Other people were actually screaming to try to order. There was one other guy cleaning and nobody seen in the kitchen. I asked him if it was going to be possible to place a to go order and he mumbled something in Spanish and never looked at me. Ugh. Just horrible

Customer service was ok. Only complaint is she didn’t offer or refill our drinks during entire meals but no biggie. The food was TERRIBLE. I ordered a standard breakfast such hash browns, bacon, eggs and sausage not sure how you can screw that up but it tasted absolutely terrible especially their sausage. My husband ordered meat lovers omelet he ate only 20% of it. Fly’s were all over the place too. Will not be returning will stick to our regular place– Ihop!

Denny’s on Beach Blvd has had a face and menu lift! For starters — husband’s birthday — they give FREE breakfasts for the birthday boy — The Grand Slam(create your own idea). While I had the Vegetarian Omelet — which was one of the tastiest omelettes — chock full of spinach, mushrooms, onion, cheese. Don’t just order the coffee — cause that’s what you get. Open the menu and ask for the«BOLD» which they will special brew for the same price & it’s worth the wait! I’ll come again!

Service was horrible. Took a 10 mins to come by with menus and another 10 to take our orders. It was NOT busy at all but were well staffed. Food took another 10 mins to come out. 20⁄30 mins without food with a 4 year old is a long time. Rough. They didn’t come back to ask how the food was like at other Denny’s restaurants. They didn’t give us our check. We went up to the cashier only for her to ask where our check was. Surely enough, our waiter pops up with the check and said here you go. to the cashier. She rolled her eyes. Overall, horrible. Never coming back. Food was tasteless and ild. Potatoes look dehydrated and sat under the lamp. Eggs were dry and gross. Bacon were stale. NEVERAGAIN!

Service is slow. I have to ask for everything like utensils, napkins, and drink refill. I ordered bacon and sausage with my order. I got turkey bacon instead and had to ask for the bacon and sausage. I got the bacon but no sausage. I didn’t ask for the bacon coz I got tired of asking. The bathroom is dirty and it stinks like mold. I also observed one of the server drop a coffee creamer on the floor picked it up and put it back in the bin of coffee creamer. The floor was so dirty. I question the quality of food.

Four years later and I came back to give Denny’s another shot. Wow, gotta say, I was really impressed, it’s like a completely different establishment. The inside is beautiful and you can tell they’re really going for the upscale diner feel; the result is very homey and authentic, job well done. Now on to the food… I gave a burger a shot and was really pleased! The bun was okay, a basic sesame bun. The burger itself was fantastic, the meat was very juicy and it made for a delicious bite! The veggies were fresh and the cheese was great. The burger was cooked and an assembled with great form, definitely on-par, or even better than most burgers in the area. The fries were also great, fresh and cooked with a perfect crisp. The service was absolutely impeccable! My server was attentive, friendly, refilled my soda as much as I needed; he was a total delight to spend my morning with! This Denny’s is definitely new, improved and totally worth a visit!

I can’t believe I’m giving Dennys 5 stars… but I had a great experience! Our server(can’t remember his name!) was great!!! Our orders came out perfect(even with us substituting things) and our server even offered us some of his homemade salsa! Random… but it was delish! :) Food was really good. I’m on a super health kick right now, so I TOTALLY appreciated the calories being listed for every menu item!!!(THANKSDENNYS!!!) I will definitely be back to this location! :)

Always been a great place but I’m really disliking the uncomfortable new seats that I have to sit straight up in. Minus a star for that but the rest is great.

Terrible. I understand it’s Denny’s but there should be some standard. I did pay twenty dollars for a meal for one person. First off, arrived, they weren’t that busy but I was ignored. Multiple people passed by doing a task and didn’t acknowledge me. Eventually I got seated. Ordered my food with the waitress. She didn’t write anything down, despite me having a slightly big order and special requests. Fine, if she can remember, great. But I always don’t like seeing a waitress without a note pad because nearly 100% of the time they get my order wrong. This time was no different. She completely forgot an item I ordered. She ended up not charging me for this but it still could have been avoided all together. I’m extremely sick, so I requested my soup before the meal and a full bowl and it ended up being forgotten. Was not pleased. Aside from that. Food was decent, as to be expected, and prompt. The service again was the big hang up. I had brought a book, was winding down from work, and had a few plates to pick from. The moment the food came she brought the check, fine whatever. But I hadn’t even touched my food and she asks«do you need a box?» It’s not busy, I’m reading, I haven’t even eaten yet. I declined. During the course of my stay/meal she kept asking if I needed a box. They aren’t even busy! Why are they trying to rush me out? Eventually I got up to use the restroom. When I returned my entire table was cleaned off. So… Even if I hadn’t been done or had wanted a box later, that was over now since they just threw all my food away. I guess they really really needed that table to be empty for some reason. Also, yes the place is filthy. Inches of dust on the lamps and the bathroom looks like it belongs in a horror movie. Will not visit this location again. Ever.

I was desperate for some traditional food for breakfast early one morning. Denny’s was pretty much the only option and it certainly disappointed. The place was dingy and run down. Service was incredibly slow with one waiter and one chef. 20 min wait for their standard American breakfast. The food wasn’t anything special and very bland. I wish I had driven a couple of miles and found a hotel for breakfast at that price($ 16).

As always, I received outstanding service and great food. JR, the server, was patient, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and made this visit to Denny’ s even better. The food delicious, well-cooked, and well worth the money!

I remember a few years ago, people used to ask«Does Dennys still exist?» They’re open 24 hours, and this is Orange County, so yes. I had some monster munchies and needed some french toast and eggs over easy with sour dough and even tried their pancake hush puppies. All of it was excellent, as was service. Do I miss being closer to certain other places that are open 24 hours? Hell yes. Will this place do as a more convenient spot? Hell yes. I probably will never know what this place is like for lunch or dinner and certainly no breakfast on a holiday or weekend, but I wouldn’t mind at all coming back some midweek or midnight bites.
