Danmer customer service and quality is OVER rated and UNDER performed. I ordered $ 15,000! worth of shutters and service was terrible: 1. Sales person forgot to include mini blinds in my guest room. 2. Customer service did not tell me that install will take 2 Days for install 3. Installation took 2 separate visits over 5 weeks b/c nobody told me they needed 2 days. 4. Plant forgot to build 1 bathroom shutter, requiring another appt 5. The sliding door vertical blinds had the wrong orientation of the controls 6. The louvers in 5 of the shutters we’re loose. quality? not. 7. I had to return the loose louvers and when installation came back, they did not bring the loose louvers back, requiring YET Another appt 8. Finance charged me for the balance of the work YET the JOBWASNOTDONE 9. The vertical blinds are still not here 10. I have to yet to hear from CS to make another appt to repair the loose louvers AND fix the vertical blind and complete the job. «Best customer service/quality?» NO. I started this process before Christmas Dec 2012 and now its Feb 2013 not still NOTCOMPLETED. FAIL Danmer.
