Best mattress purchase I have ever had! My husband and I were referred to Custom Mattress and gave it a try. The reviews are accurate! Roland showed us all options (salesmen are not on commission and truly care about their customers comfort). He showed us how their mattresses are made and knew his stuff! We narrowed it down to an adjustable King, no pressure at all to buy on the spot. We called back and ordered it a week later.
Delivery guys were professional and courteous and explained everything. Hubby loves it! I was thinking it might be too soft, called Roland, and he explained that after giving it a few weeks if I still think it’s too soft they will pick up the mattress and customize it to what I need– explaining my comfort is what matters!
The personal attention and professionalism of this company is right there with the quality of what they sell– the top! Recommending to all I know!

My daughter and I stopped in «just to look» and ended up buying the Refresh 3.0 mattress. Our salesman, Roland, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses. Delivery time was exactly as promised and included in the price. They also will haul away your old mattress! It was a great «no pressure» experience.

Excellent customer service, great quality, super comfortable mattresses, and reasonably priced. My husband and I bought a new mattress for ourselves then 3 weeks later returned to buy one for our toddler.

The store is beautiful, customer service was on point! The mattress are all comfy & are a decent price. Our last custom comfort mattress lasted almost ten years! And we are excited to get this new one.
Their mattress are awesome because they are double sided which make them more durable and make them extra comfy!
If your looking for a comfortable, durable, & well priced mattress come here! Also a plus no hard selling!
