Don’t go to this location! The food is always cold and they’ll charge you for an order and not put it in the bag. I’m pretty sure they end up eating the food so they’ll don’t have to pay for their lunch. So sad

Kathy needs window training on how to treat customers. The only thing she asked was if I wanted ketchup, no hello or thank you. She needs training on how to listen to orders too. I had to correct what she had typed into the screen 3 times. I’d rather wait at the microphone than repeat my order 3 times.

This place sucks!!! Carl’s Jr. Is awesome, but please please please!!! Someone tell me why it is so hard to remember what I ordered? Orders one sandwich just one! And in all their glory they included all that I said to take out and removed the stuff I wanted. Never again. And I’m Hispanic and speak Spanish so I can say this, please please please would you please have someone who can articulate my order back to me so that it is understandable? The accent is too thick and it’s not fair, you end up feeling bad for thinking you might be racist when in fact you just want to make sure they got it right. Do not reccome do

Got breakfast here, and came home with this half put together sausage and egg biscuit. The amount of egg that was in the biscuit was equivalent to a quarter lol.

Fun filled customer service is how I’d describe the employees at this location. The food is good and most of the time they area 100% accurate. I’ve had the occasional mistake, but it’s to be expected. They will correct it without hesitation when it does happen, which is great. Thanks for the wonderful meals.

All these service issues must have been fixed! I went in for lunch to kill time while new tires were being put on my car by the company next door. The manager came and checked on each seated patron and table to see if everything was good or did I need anything. He even took the tray away so I didn’t have too. Great service

Terrible service! This place has two speeds: Slow and Stop! Worst I have ever had. Very surprising being a major food chain you would think they had the system down to a science. The cashier didn’t know what he was doing trying to work the dine in and drive thru causing the line to over load from both ends. I came in to dine in and was the only one at the register but the manager and cashier acted like I wasn’t there. I finally asked if someone can take my order and the cashier said he will help me in a minute then proceeded to work the drive thru window. The manager just acted like he didn’t see me and went in the back. After five minutes, I asked if anyone else can help me and then I got some attention. After the wait and finally ordering, they got my order wrong, my fries were cold and my burger was sent back and it came back cold. This place needs a make over! The manager and cashier should be fired for being the main source of the problem! The cook in the back was the only one that looked like he knew what his job was. The food was terrible and I won’t be back to this location. This has to be the worst Carl’s I have ever been to and I warn customers that this place is below a one star. The parking is way in the back and either you park at the nearby business or be prepare to walk. Entrance is to the front, go figure someone didn’t plan this location well. Lastly if you want to use the bathroom you need to get back in line and ask for a token to gain access. If I could give it a ZERO I would.

They stopped serving breakfast before 1030 which is normal time, I was there at 1025 and was told breakfast was complete. After questioning them, they fulfilled me breakfast order.

I eat at this Carl’s’ about once every six weeks and I always order the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich without sauce. And it’s always been good… until yesterday. Yesterday I got a chicken breast that was hard to bite into, as if it wasn’t fully cooked, and gristly. It turned my stomach, and because I was approaching the freeway on my way to LA I didn’t have time to turn around and take it back. I didn’t eat it, and I may never order another one. Sad, but true. One bad meal makes me hesitant to return.

The location is consistent with others. Western Bacon Cheeseburger tasted great. Service was quick, nice and polite.

Very poor service. I ordered a famous star protein style and the person on the other end sounded like they had a problem with it like the my order was too complicating. When I arrived to the window I paid and got my burger. I was then asked if I wanted any ketchup or sauce and before I could answer the little girl walked away. Oh well, didn’t want any sauce anyway, but that’s not the point. The owner of this Carl’s should really consider hiring new employees.

Carls Jr at 6882 Warner ave, Huntington Beach has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The drive through guy, had an attitude, was either too busy to get my order correct, or didn’t really care. At the speaker for drive through, my order was incorrect, when I told him that, I was told that I could go to the window. When at the window, the greeting was a hand out expecting payment,(not a «hello», or your order is…) When I asked him what he had for my order, he rolled his eyes, and walked away. He returned with a printed receipt, and read me an incorrect order. When I told him that was not correct, he looked at me and said… «hold on». I decided to just leave, breakfast there was not worth tolerating terrible customer service. I drove over a mile away to a McDonalds to get our breakfast. I am so done with Carls.

Make sure you ask for napkins and straws. Otherwise, the night crew just chucks your food in a bag. They really don’t want to be bothered.

It’s ok. Much better than other CJs in the area. Especially the one on Goldenwest and Garfield. Service is better and the food looks better too. Usually chicken sandwiches and Big Carls are smashed up whenever I get them but it was pretty nice arranged. Usually the mayo/sauce is falling out of the sandwich but the amount of sauce in the burger was perfect.

I ordered the Western Bacon Six Dollar Burger for $ 5.09. The Beef was juicy and had a great flavor, the Cheese was good, the Bacon was great and plentiful, the Onion Rings were excellent and the BBQ Sauce was very good. A fully loaded Burger from this Drive Thru.

Okay, so they finally fixed the drive thru… finally. I have to say that it was backwards for a verrrrry long time and incredibly inconvinient. I love carls jr, but this definitey isn’t the best location. In my past experiences they usually close like ten or fifteen minutes early which is disappointing when you’re sitting at the drive thru wondering why all the lights are still on but no one will take you order… Anyway, the one just a few blocks east on warner is a lot nicer and more efficient. There is even a light that allows you to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot unlike this location where you can be stuck for six hrs trying to make a left… Travel the extra four minutes down warner to the other location if you have time.

Oh My Gosh. The previous review is exactly opposite of my other three visits. On my second visit the front area was torn up under massive construction and no one could enter the Drive Thru or the front entrance. I had to drive into the parking lot next door. Obviously no one was stopping at Carl’s as it looked impossible to enter. This wasn’t the fault of the owner or Carl’s. However while loosing money, they remained open. Who does that?. I mean the owner was loosing money and was still paying his employees. Like I said, who does that anymore? This owner did. Today, I had another five star experience at this Carl’s. There is a good chance that the Drive Thru discussed in the previous review was also address during the construction that took place last month. Don’t know — I don’t eat in my car. I try to check that out on my next visit. However, that won’t be soon as I rarely eat fast food when I am near my house. I need to add that the employees upon each visit was pleasant and courteous, very courteous. And I had a different employee help me each time. The construction that took place last month was massive and I assume the«wrong side» was fixed. Noteworthy, obviously the owner didn’t have a choice, as no one would deliberately put the take out window on the passenger side. P. S. I stopped at Carl’s as I was having a hectic day and a Carl’s milkshake was my «quick fix»

Don’t get me wrong. I love Carl. I think his ads are funny. I think Big Carl is so much more attractive than Mac. And damn it, if it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in my face. But damn! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Who the hell designed the drive-thru? I hope you, Mr. Franchise Owner, got some type of compensation for that f-up. Let me describe the f-up. The drive-thru window is on the passenger side. Think about that for a second. How many times do you use the drive-thru when you’re with a passenger. Never! You only use drive-thrus when you’re in a rush and/or if you’re alone. So what now, brown cow? You have two options. You can: 1. Roll down your window and throw the money through? That is, excuse me Sarah Palin, retarded! 2. Get out, walk around your car, and approach the window just like… if you walked into the store to begin with! That’s retarded, too! Save yourself the gas. Either: 1. Don’t come here if you are in a rush or alone; or 2. Walk yourself into the restaurant; or 3. Drive to another Carl’s Jr. about a mile away. I don’t think this branch will last long.
