This is the worst BJs I have ever been to! We went in didn’t get water for 15 min and waited for the food for another 30 min. Which came out wrong twice. Service was shitty, the cooks don’t know what they’re doing it wasn’t even that busy I don’t know what else to say. I don’t recommend this BJs, the IHOP up the street was 10x better, anyways good luck.

My sister and I frequent this location all the time. Overall, we’ve been really satisfied with the food quality and service. However, the last few times we’ve ordered to-go for lunch(as we work downtown and are too busy to sit down at the restaurant) the food wasn’t up to par. The order was either missing things we ordered or looked quickly thrown together and sloppy. I understand how busy it gets downtown, but I don’t think that should be an excuse for messing up orders as frequently as I’ve noticed. I really wanted to give them a five star rating. I won’t give up on you BJ’s Brewhouse!

I usually LOVEBJS, but this location is terrible. The food was mediocre and the service was horrible. It took him 5 minutes just to even greet us and ask for our drink order(and the restaurant wasn’t even busy). Maybe it was just our server Tyler whose bad but man I will not be returning to this location, they give BJS a bad name.

WORSTSERVICE I HAVEEVERRECEIVED. You would think of a slow Tuesday your server wouldn’t try avoiding you the entire meal I guess not. Immediately after our orders were taken the server never came back once but preceded to walk past our table twice while my empty glass just sat there and never did he once ask if i wanted a refill. Our food was brought out by another server who I had to ask him for a refill which he said he would tell my waiter. I guess he decided he had no choice but to come back and give us our drinks, to which he proceeded to ask us how the food was. After then he went back to avoiding our table and helping all his other tables but ours. It’s kinda of sad we actually had to ask the hostess for to go boxes and to put in our order for free pizooki day. To once again he wasn’t the one who brought our dessert to the table. He happily came back with our checks 5 mins later to which he charged us for one of the pizookis when clearly we shouldn’t of been charged for one. When my friend tried to explain it to him he simply said its one per table your server should of told you that. Funny thing he was our server and this problem could of been avoided if he actually did his job. He proceeded to talk to his manager and come back to us with an attitude saying the manager said they’ll take it off but this is the last time. I like how all of sudden the problem clearly got turned around on us when he wasn’t the one doing his job in the first place. This is the absolute worse service I have received not just at BJs but at any dine in service establishment and I will definitely not be returning.

This is probably the worst BJ’s I have ever been to. Customer service was horrible. Service was sloooow. Fries were cold and gross! Server was just ok. We were not given utensils or napkins. Had to ask the host for utensils and napkins and some condiments like ketchup because our server just wasn’t around. It wasn’t even busy as it was a Tuesday night … Will never eat at this location again poor poor service!

The worst service I have ever had at any BJs. We were a party of 8. When we walked in because we are BROWN, they spoke to us in SPANISH! Racist and stereotypical. Then, the pathetic server acknowledged everybody but my daughter and I. We had to ASK for a kids menu. I had to ask the bartender for water and he has the nerve to tell me to wait after I had already been waiting about 10 minutes. The waiter didn’t bring my water until asker again. He never even took my order!

Terrible food and terrible service. Came here at 4:45 on Tuesday. Granted it’s Street fair Tuesday but they weren’t that busy. The hostess rushed by and rudely said I’ll be with you in a few minutes I have other tables inside. Ok cool. Sit down and wait about 20 minutes to order. We order an appetizer it comes out way late. It was a quest dip and the top layer was cold so the cheese hardened. The chips were cold. So we sent it back. It came back 10 minutes later warm. Not hot but somewhat warm. Pizza comes it’s okay. But luckily I’ve been to the other locations so I know they actually have bomb food here. I think it’s just this location and poor staffing. Waiter was not attentive at all either. Hopefully it gets better!

I Love this restaurant chain! This location get’s extremely busy though, so service is never great. And I’ve had them reject me from buying alcohol because I looked young even though I had my valid ID? Didn’t understand that one at all! But besides that, the food is always soooo delicious! My favorite is the chipotle glazed salmon! MMMMMMM, served with asparagus and quinoa. They have a great selection of beers and wine, I love the Blonde and Oasis the most, but I’m also not a fan of dark beers. And if you have room, top it off with a pizzookie! This location isn’t very good for kids, lots of TV’s with the game on and the bar can get loud

This bjs is really hit or miss on service. Because of the location, downtown Huntington, it’s prone to having long waits. I like to visit at off times, either late on weeknights, and mostly just try to avoid weekends all together. Our server tonight, Kevin was very attentive and pleasant. It’s a normal bjs: clean, good food, all around a nice place to visit.

Coming here was very depressing due to the racism I experienced this Thursday night. As me and my friend, both women of color, walked in we were told that we should try the self seating section instead of being seating in the regular section with the booths. We sat down for 15 mins and was never approached by any servers and the bartender made eye contacted with us twice and never said a word. We decided to leave after this and while walking out, four Caucasian women were seated at a booth and served right away as they sat down.

We went in on a weekend and sat at the bar to watch a game… The bartender/server was so busy making drinks that the service was a bit compromised(refills, dirty plates, napkins) I understand it’s not the servers fault that they get slammed with drink orders for the restaurant and still have to serve the people at the bar… The food was good, it took a bit long. I wasn’t unhappy with the place, I just thought maybe we could’ve had a better experience, mostly with the service but oh well.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. You won’t recieve half of the things that you order and it takes forever to recieve whatever you do get. I really love BJs food, but this location has horrible service.

So sweet of you to offer. Save it for the health dept. when they come and inspect the bird shit on the floor of the restaurant because the birds just fly in and crap and the feathers waft around. Btw — the kitchen is disgusting too — had to go in there to find out where the chicken was for my salad. Thought I was going to vomit. Besides you can’t fix stupid when it starts at the corporate level. Go in and see for yourself sometime… it will be eye opening.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WHY bj’s… As much as I love you… Every state that I take a trip to I make a visit to bj’s. So why in my own state do I have to receive the worst service ever? First of all the wait time is out of this world, I should of known a empty Bj’s on a Sunday? I waited 1 hour and 20 mins on a small pizza Cesar salad and order of wings… Food comes and guess what? They send me the wrong pizza, told The server that I didn’t wanna send it back because it would take forever. After she swore up and down that I ordered that pizza. I even pointed to the pizza when she took are Order .same pizza I order all the millions Of other times I visit BJS And the pizza wasn’t even warm let alone hot! No refills on our sodas and it was 3 of us. She never even asked. And what’s so bad is this location is Meter parking with the slowest service. Never again and I do mean NEVER. Didn’t ask us did if we wanted desert or anything. 80 dollars of pure trash! So many nice BJS I passed to come and experience this one. Boy did I make a bad choice. And I was over charged ! No way a small pizza with 2 toppings should come up to 17.95 ! She charged me for the wrong pizza she brought out. Just said forget it paid and left. On my way out two other customers were at the counter waiting on the manager to complain about the horrible service. Terrible just terrible !

Stopped by BJ’s last night to grab a bite before getting our drink on at different bars. Look people, yeah it took some time to get our food and at one point they forgot about my friend’s fries but it’s Friday filled with a bunch of potentially drunk or(in the process of getting drunk) people. Give them a break. It’s busy on a Friday night. I understand so I don’t mind and it wasn’t even a huge wait. Took about 15 mins for the food. In the meantime, chat with your friends and relax, Anyways, my drinks were good my salad was a bit dry from my preference so I requested extra dressing. It was brought out within about 4 minutes. Our server Kevin(I think) was attentive despite it being busy. He constantly apologized for the time wait and made sure if we needed anything additional. I appreciate that a bunch. Thanks for taking care of my table.

I tried the bogo deal at mainstreet bj’s, not my first time dinning at bj’s and definitely a go to diner if you’re out hanging out with friends on mainstreet, but as a take out option, there are still many better options, both in quality of ingredients and price, the meal felt just a tad too blend, meaning the ingredients were very safely flavored as is the case in many chain restaurants, i tried their new chicken jalapeño pizza, and chicken Alfredo entrée, both somewhat heavy on the carb portions, again, expected and acceptable when dinning in at a place like bj’s but not my go to choice for take home. The chicken Alfredo actually had a decent portion of meat even though still around 35 to 65% meat to carb ratio, the pizza on the other hand was extremely unbalanced considering bj’s famous thick dough pizzas, just eyeballing i would say something around 5 to 10% max both by volume and mass and even low on veggies and other ingredients, felt a bit like eating a giant piece of bread with a thin spread of everything else, but i guess the bogo coupon does make it an acceptable occasional option. Extra star for the amazing staff and customer service.

First timer tonight at BJ’s. All in all, I was not all that impressed. Service was ehh. Waitress forgot about my beer(blue moon), I got my food before I had to remind her about it & when I got it, it was warm… California Club Flatbread was great, no complaints there. The peanut butter pizookie was very good. Giving them 3 stars only for the food.

I went to this location for late night dining. Every place in Main Street had already closed their kitchens. We were greeted and seated promptly and had a delicious dinner and pazookie. We ordered drinks which were a lot stronger than they tasted! I was all around fully satisfied with my visit and am glad to know there’s a good option for similar nights.

We came here to watch the Thursday Night Football Game. I was expecting it to be busy but it wasn’t. The Hostess greeted us and mentioned that Happy Hour is offered at the bar area. We ended up sitting by the bar so we can get a great view of the game. :Food: We ordered the Pepperoni Extreme Deep Dish Pizza(I didn’t think it was a deep dish pizza) and asked to add mushrooms too. It has five cheese blend according to the menu but I couldn’t tell. I thought it would have a lot of pepperoni but it didn’t. The crust was good. Then we got Chicken Wings; half Hot Buffalo and half Garlic Parmesan. The wings were not crispy. ( ) ( ) :Customer Service: ~Everything took a long time: getting two glasses of water, food, to go box, getting the bill, and paying the bill. It started to get busy maybe that’s why. The service was really really really slow. The person who took care of our table didn’t seem happy. Maybe he was having a bad day. At one point we were looking around to find him so we could get the check. ~Order was not correct: I requested to have the Hot Buffalo sauce on the side but the sauce was on the hot wings. I prefer to have the chicken plain so it can be crispy; I just dip it in the sauce. ~The Hostess was friendly. :Rating: Customer Service was disappointing and the food was just«ok». :M’s Notes: ~Happy Hour: Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm /Sun-Thurs 10pm-Close ~Indoor and Outdoor Seating ~Parking: Meter, Street, Lot, and Structure

I don’t usually do corporate but when I do it’s when I receive gift cards, free pizookie coupons, and happy hour. Here’s how my experience went: Ambiance Parking | Plenty of parking whether it’s street or garage. We came here on a Tuesday evening for Surf City nights at around 6pm. We didn’t have any problems at the garage 2 streets over 2 dollars for 2 hours? I’m down with that. Seating | Plenty of seating outside and inside however it does get pretty packed. The tall seats are on a first come first serve basis though. Feels | In the heart of Huntington Beach Main Street. Coming here during Surf City nights is an additional plus. Feel free to watch a game or even people watch. It’s a nice place for almost any type of night. Food: Spinach & Artichoke Dip(A-OK) * Borderline good and okay. Good because it was served fresh and has a nice kick to it. However I wished they balanced the ratio so there’s enough dip for the chips. Great White Pizza(Recommend) * Deep dish and delicious, you can’t go wrong with alfredo sauce! Ask for some tabasco too. Mediterranean Pizza(A-OK) * Though it is mediteraneany. I personal don’t like the olives… =/ Avocado Egg Rolls(A-OK) * I used to enjoy these however I feel like it got more unhealthier. The crunch is there along with the rich avocado however ours was pretty oily and that just made us full before the pizzas came. Customer Service: They were pretty quick with or order nothing too special but good respectable service. Overall: 4 stars. I like the options on the happy hour menu. Price is about right, the wait was reasonable and the food was delicious. Not a bad way to enjoy Huntington Beach especially during happy hour. TL;DR Tips: *RSVP for nicer seats! *Happy Hour | M-F:3−7pm & S-Th:10-Close * Kitchen closes an hour before close
