A Flow Seamless Rain Gutters

Paul is a OG all around great guy!!! I was desperate for a 7ft section of of 5 in OG style rain gutter and he hooked me up!!! I truly appreciate everything!!! Thanks!!!

We had the job triple bid and Paul came in with the best price, the best selection of rain gutters and he was the only guy who provided us with a color panel and style choices ranging from standard gutters to European round.
Paul installed the gutters today and everything looks very nicely done, the area around the house was clean and the colors we chose match our house perfectly.

Can’t review his work because Paul never bothered to call back.
Wanted an estimate for gutters and left a message. Paul call me back and asked for the linear footage. I did not know and asked if he could come out do the measurement and I could also meet him in person as well. He said he will call me back the next day after he checks his schedule. 5 days later, still waiting to hear back. Maybe does good work, but I will never know. Guess he didn’t need my business.
If a business does not respect the estimating phase, can’t imagine they respect the actual work phase.

I’ve been a homeowner for 40 years and have seen all types of workmanship and business practices by companies in the home improvement industry, and I have to say that A-​Flow gutters is among the BEST of all of those. Everything was bid fairly and performed as you would expect from a company that has 16 years in the industry. Attention to detail and concern for the property was fantastic. Paul from A-​Flow Raingutters seemed informative and knowledgeable but I should have paid more attention to his cocky edge. He and his two guys arrived on the job and Paul left shortly after. When they finished I noticed that the gutter and downspout colors were reversed. They put a charcoal downspout on the green stucco and a green gutter on the charcoal trim. The guys said they don’t question what comes off the truck, they install what’s there. Being experienced installers, wouldn’t you call your boss if you noticed this color discrepancy? Paul was furious when I said I wasn’t paying until the colors were corrected. Paul had reversed the colors on the order but it was MY fault as I confirmed the color choices the day before but not the placement. Had he written the order correctly, there wouldn’t have been a problem. He refused to replace them with the correct colors, and insisted that I paint them. I didn’t care that he had a master’s degree in business from USC. He said if I wrote a Unilocal review he would put a lien on my house and take me to court — for a $ 350 job. He called back and said he would change it out but I would have to pay an extra $ 95 for labor and materials. Paul is an arrogant and hot-​headed man. I would never refer him and he said fine, he would never do work for my friends. The customer service at A-​Flow needs help… when something goes wrong, a customer expects a return or a fair adjustment. Paul is the expert gutter man here and should pay attention to detail. When a company makes a mistake, they fix it. I am the customer who expects quality work and friendly customer service and didn’t get it from A-​Flow.

The crew did an excellent job. On time. Very professional. Do not hesitate to use them. Just got my house done today and we are very satisfied

Paul and his crew installed our rain gutters a few months back. We got several quotes and while they were all very competitive, I chose Paul because he seemed to be the most knowledgable. For example, he noticed that our current rain gutters weren’t hung correctly and suggested we install bigger gutters given our roof volume. On install day Paul and his crew were on time and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Another thing that impressed me was that Paul noticed a ridge in our roof and he added a second flow on the other side of the ridge. I would highly recommend A Flow. For the record, I asked Paul about the one negative review he received on Unilocal.Don’t let it sway your decision. They do excellent work in my experience.

Great job. Just installed our gutters this morning. Paul brought a few different colors to choose from and them cut and installed them onsite. They were professional from first phone call to them. Professional and Efficient.

Paul Evans and his crew left an hour ago. I could not be more pleased with their work.
A Flow Rain Gutters was one of three proposals we received. For approx 200 linear feet we were quoted $ 1,257.00, $ 1925.00 and $ 1,660.00. Not saying you always take the low bid but we went with Paul because:
a) he is the on-​site manager (not just a sales guy for the job)
b) he uses two workers who have been with him 10 years and know their stuff
c) he uses American aluminum instead of the Chinese thinner gauge product
d) he offers K shape, flat face and round style gutters
e) he does the seamless work on-​site and
f) he takes the customer’s concerns into consideration when making recommendation of style, color and location of downspouts. That was not the case with the other two.
Paul was here promptly at 9:00 am with his guys. We had several decisions to make during the project including final colors, location of down spouts and how to compensate a less than level roof. Even with all of that they were packed up and leaving by shortly after noon. Highly recommend.

I love my new rain gutters! They «sing» when it rains… it is the most wonderful sound!

Better have a high dollar job to make him (Paul) care. Otherwise your job is third rate! This A-​Hole threatened to walk after 10 minutes because I called him on his misrepresentation of how the end caps and down spouts would be finished. I had to tear out his super low quality caps (stapled in and jagged, not even epoxied clean) and down spout of which his ‘guy’ tinned snipped off unevenly and dangerously sharded. Toward the end of the job Paul said to his inept crew.“Cmon guys, hurry up. we got things to do!“

A Flow was recommended by my painting contractor so I contacted them. I’m glad I did.
Paul Evan is friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. He came for an estimate and was able to spot the sloping issue with my house right away (which would impact how the gutter needs to be positioned). His estimate was the lowest among the 4 – 5 bids that I received. They came on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. The gutter looks beautiful and I am very happy with his team. Highly recommend A Flow to anyone.

I had a very small job, just one 20′ peice but they were prompt and clean and on time. I’m very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to others.

Paul is one of the most honest people you will ever met. He explained everything and took care of any questions we had. Reasonably priced and you get great service with these guys. Have had the gutters installed for 1 year now and they work perfectly.
