7-Eleven

I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years during my lunch break, and quite often the last year. The staff is very friendly, the pizza is always fresh since it’s across the st from a HS & a college, lol.
I think they’re pretty surprised when I DON’T order a slice either during my lunch or right after work.

I shit you not best service I’ve ever had at a seven eleven. Most these places they have shitty service, not here tho.

I’m a fan of most 7 – 11, just happened to stop at this one on my way home from after playing in a basketball game and i was almost done with my water so i got me some gatorade they had a sale buy 2 at 2 something. It’s pretty amazing of all the goodies you can find in a 7 – 11 lol.

Always come in here late at night once in a while to pick up a night cap or a snack :) and I always deal with Mike. He’s a big super friendly dude. This is guy is the best. He remembers peoples on a first name bases. I love that. I will continue to come here and maybe over pay for a few things just to have a convo with Mike.

Decent 7 – 11 location across from Golden West College. The aisles are well-​stocked and brightly lit.
Clerks here always seem friendly.
A plus is that the ATM inside is part of the COOP network (fee-​free access if you’re part of a Credit Union) — which makes it a relatively safe and well lighted area to get cash if you need to (there’s also a COOP ATM at the College across the street).

I usually have an issue with the slurpee machines, everytime I go to a 7-​Eleven their good flavors are always broken but this location is pretty good on maintaining their machines are is the cleanest one I’ve been to.

Newer, larger store; well stocked; lots of parking

I’m a 7 – 11 connoisseur! Especially with alllll the locations in the HB ! Since this is a newer location I thought it’d be better stocked and maintained better! The 2^nd time I came here was the last straw! Its in the shopping center with our amazing optometrist and a Hobby mega store. Came in here on a Saturday afternoon and only 1 EMPLOYEE was working! ?!! The swap meet is right across the street and people are all over this center! First sign I should have walked out is the coco machine was filled with liquid at the bottom where its supposed to be flawlessly cleaned! I overlooked it since I really wanted my coco but regretted it later! Both my coco & my moms coffee was so thin and watery! The counters were filthy! This employee was clearly overwhelmed with all the customers and let the cleaning go to the way side! We ended up going to our original 7 – 11 location and tossed our drinks and remade them the right way! Never again!!! –_​– Why would the owners/​managers of this store let only 1 employee run the store on a Saturday afternoon?!! FAIL!

My name is Ashley Austin, my mother is Allison Austin. I get a slurpee about twice a week while my mother gets a slurpee at least once, sometimes twice a day at the 7 – 11 on Edinger and Goldenwest, so we are very accustomed to the customer service that goes on there. Though we have been to other 7 – 11’s, this one by far is the friendliest and most attentive. The manager, Munassar, in particular takes time out of every day to show us these attributes. He always carries himself with a confident and pleasant manner and every time we see him he is beaming a smile that could brighten even the coldest and darkest of days. He is just one of the most positive people we have ever come into contact with. He is also a very hard worker; in all the days we have come into the store we have never seen him kicking back and not working 110 percet. And he always makes time somehow for each of his customers. He, not only learns their names, but he really gets to know them and pays attention to each of them individually. And today, the slurpee machine froze up and Munassar took time out of his busy schedule to fix the machine, defrosting the Coke flavor, just for my mom, till it was perfect for her. He always does little things like that; taking extra time to please a customer, which is why he is such an amazing manager and why we always make sure to come to this 7 – 11 so often, because the customer service is so exceptional.

I go here before a night shift and there coffee selection is good.
Service is okay. I noticed one server who was more in a hurry to get out of her shift than take care of the customers.
