Let me start by saying I’m a regular customer at DD who spends an average of $ 8 to $ 15 a day at Dunkin’ Donuts(ridiculously I might add)! In truth this location deserve a big fat goose egg. Not only is there no drive through(which means an extra 5 – 15 min) at this location unlike the others I frequent, but service is inside is slower than average as well(possibly due to a language barrier but that could be the case at other locations as well and doesn’t seem to affect the speed of service). However despite snail pace in the past I will say the employees have been polite and friendly. However on a recent visit the cashier taking orders was more I terested in splitting tips than taking my order though she asked for it she did not listen when I gave it. She had to ask again and when he young man at he next cash register repeated it for her(he was listening!) the owner(?) stepped in and In an abort rude manner told me we were standing in the wrong place that cash register was for placing orders and to move over to pay(my order hadn’t been gotten correctly yet anyway!!!) When I took of fence to his manner and returned the 24 dollars in coffee beans I was going to purchase to the shelf(cheaper at other location I was just here so I figured I would grab them but not supporting rude treatment at a location when I can get better service and customer service at a different location when I spend this much money a year in a chain!!) He then deleted my complete order on the computer and basically kicked me out of the store. Little does he know because I have Never seen him there before that he just lost a 300 a month customer and I will absolutely follow through on ever recourse available to hold his toes to the flame. I deserve an apology and it’s going to take more than that for me to Ever step foot in that location or allow anyone to purchase anything for me from that location!

I’ve been to this location a few times for coffee and doughnuts. Since this is a chain, I feel it is unnecessary to comment on the food. During my visit today, my meal was interrupted by an employee who insisted on vacuuming each carpet, including one right next to my table. I asked her if such interruption was necessary, and was given a cold, unfriendly response that she had to clean all the rugs before leaving. Without any attempt to accommodate or even show the slightest trait of pleasantness, she continued on with her chore as I got up and left the store. There’s no excuse for such unapologetically dismissive service.
