Time for an update. I have bumped them up a star. I really do like going here. I’m still seeing Bonnie and she always ‘gets’ what I’m trying to do.
So far I’ve had haircuts, highlights and all over color. I will say that the haircuts are very affordable. the coloring processes not so much. I was shocked to pay 100 bucks for all over color. It was very tempting to say eff it and go get the box dye. Oh how I’m glad I didn’t. But I was tempted, not gonna lie.
I’ve also bought products there — one that didn’t work out — and they were more then happy to exchange it.
The boutique is nice as well.
I purchased a three pack of a man/​pedi, and two massages. The manicure was lovely as was the pedicure. I haven’t done the massage yet. Here’s a tip: Buy the three pack. it’s a very good deal. I wish they did that with hair services, but so far it’s all face and body services.

This place is beautiful, upscale and super clean. The staff is friendly and my hairdresser is Mina! She is very professional and knows her trade well! I recommend her for all your hair needs…

I haven’t used the Salon, or Boutique so this applies only to the Spa @ Valeria. I had botox for the first time and as a result my eye on the right side became very small and droopy, much smaller than the other eye and I couldn’t even put make up on it. i went to my eye Dr. and was told that side of my face was frozen and I would have to wait for it to wear off. The good news is it does wear off, the bad news is I have to wait and I am out $ 500.00. The woman that did the botox was extremely nice to me and called me on the phone telling me to get eye drops, the owner didn’t seem too concerned and certainly didn’t offer me a refund. My eye Doctor advised me not to go back but that is not something she had to tell me, common sense dictates that.

I had such a pleasant experience here it actually gave me the motivation to finally create a Unilocal account and write my first review! I’m originally from Virginia and was visiting the area and decided to stop by to receive a facial due to skin concerns I had been having. I made an appointment on Thursday and they squeezed me in for the weekend I would be down there and upon arrival the staff immediately stopped what they were doing to help me find my way. Once I made it up to the spa I was greeted and offered a drink and asked to fill out a quick information card about why I was visiting and my skin type. Meghan was the one who helped me that day and was more than friendly, explaining everything she was doing as well as the types of blemishes I was having and how to clear them up and recommended products without being pushy or just trying to make a sale! Will definitely be stopping back by when I’m in the area again in a few weeks.

Made a same day appointment for a haircut. My sister got a haircut from their stylist, Jodi, and she was so nice. My sister’s hair looks great! I would definitely come back!

Elyse is an excellent hairstylist!
Also, this salon has the most awesome boutique. It’s a great place to buy a gift for yourself or a friend. They have a large selection of jewelry, purses, accessories etc. This is an awesome place to shop!
