I brought my daughters here for a treat during our visit to Charlotte from Atlanta. Very clean, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is warm and welcoming. We will visit again when we are in town!

I travel a lot and know when you’re getting a full set you’re kinda rolling the dice on service and quality. There were no reviews but I decided to go anyway. During my session the lady had cut my new nails at a good length however as the service went on she filed them shorter and shorter. By the time it was over my right hand had the same length of my natural nails. (Which was WAY shorter than my left hand) I brought this to her attention and they lady laughed and said «awe way short». I reminded her it wasn’t funny and she just laughed (I am very upset). After I washed my hands I noticed that she needed to still clean under my nails and when she did she just left all the white dust there without cleaning them. They took 5 $ off of the total bill and I left without tipping. I get my nails done often and this was the most uncomfortable/​worst nail place I’ve been to.
My mom also received a pedicure and had a blister on her foot and let them know to please steer clear of it. The woman had made zero effort to honor her wishes and cut into it and had to get a bandaid.
What a relaxing day it should have been turned into frustration and disappointment.

I seen several nail techs not sanitize there utensils, one didn’t even apply soap and water before using them again. They are all not sanitizing there bowls also. Nasty!
