Enjoyed the food and service, too much food, everyone has leftovers, the appetizers were good as well

Excellent food and service! Really enjoyed our meal today, from that apps, to the soup and the entrée. Mussels, asparagus, everything was fantastic. My waiter made me a «french» martini which wasn’t even on the menu but was great!!!

I was not impressed, the food was ordinary and cold and the prices are a little expensive

It’s true that service makes a experience good or bad. Had nick as a waiter with only 2 tables it took him 5 minutes to get to us. Ordered a bowl of soups and brings me a cup and said oh yeah can I just bring u another cup. REALLY!!! Ordered a drink that never came. I guess he was more worried about being outside with the other wait staff that had nothing to do. Had to wait for him to come Back inside to tell him the soup had been watered down to the point that I didn’t even want to eat it. Note to Ben. If you are going to do a job, take pride in what you do or get another job. First time that I’ve been there that the service was bad. Get it together folks.

After a long day of estimating hail damages the Dent Guys & Girls it was time for some tasty Italian food and glasses of wine. Our waiter Jeff was the best, he so made up for the wait to order. The food was great.

For salads and bread. My favorite is the Mediterranean salad with chicken instead of salmon. Never eat farmed salmon. Too likely to have toxins. 3 stars for Italian food generally.

I ordered on-line and found there was a different price for the each of the dishes when it was time to pick up the food. Not a large amount. On average about 75 cents more per dish. I mentioned the price difference to the manager and told her the URL of the website. All the manager wanted to do was to argue with me. A good manager, for customer service reasons, would have honored the website pricing. She did not want to do that. All she wanted to do was argue. All she did was piss-off a customer.

Based on chain Italian. Good food, great portions at fair pricing. Atmosphere fine. Our service happened to be amazing but just depends on who you get. When don’t want to spend a fortune on Italian this is a good choice.

This is the second time in a few months that I went to a Carrabba’s for lunch. This one was a siamese twin to the Outback next door. When you enter through the common doors, your choice is to turn right for Outback or left for Carrabba’s. From what I could tell, the menu at all Carrabba’s are the same for lunch. Our waiter was very informative and attentive. They had some nice specials and I really appreciate them putting the signature dishes and low calorie items with a special icon. For the second time I had the Johnny Rocco salad which is a nice green salad with cooked shrimp and scallops on top. If it really is as low in calories as it says, it’s quite a satisfying lunch— for sure. My colleagues had the soup and salads as well as half sandwich. No one left hungry or stuffed. Great lunch!

I always go to CPK if I am in Hunt Valley but I wanted to give this place a try. I loved the complimentary bread they give you. It’s so warm and soft. I also liked the Ceaser Salad. But, the crab cakes and chicken were not that great. Not worth a dinner date !

We travel a lot and we always enjoy eating at a Carrabba’s Grill. The food is consistently good and we love to sit at the counter and watch the furious dance take place in the kitchen. Truly amazing to watch. Our recent trip to the Hunt Valley Carrabba’s was especially enjoyable. A great meal and the manager, Sergio, really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. It is our experience that few chain restaurants do as good a job at making you feel like a «regular» as Carrabba’s. Really wish there was one on our home town. Thanks Sergio for a really special dinner.

I took my girl to this restaurant a few weeks ago on a Thursday night. I was surprised on the remodeling of the inside of the place. It looked a lot smaller than it was before and it was pretty much empty, but they said we would either have a 30 minute wait or we could sit down at the table tops. So we decided to sit down at the table tops. I took a look at the menu and noticed that it had also changed and there weren’t as many options. Then, I took a look at the prices and they had increased as well. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, but he seemed like he was on some kind of stimulant drug. The food was very good… we had 6 mozzarella sticks and two main entries(pasta & lobster ravioli). Both of the main entries came with two salads as well. The bill came out and I took a look at it. It was about $ 50(all we had for drinks: ice tea and water). I don’t mind paying a little more money for a nice restaurant that isn’t a food chain and this one I would definitely think again about going to. Save your money and go somewhere else.* * *I took my girl to this restaurant a few weeks ago on a Thursday night. I was surprised on the remodeling of the inside of the place. Went there at a very odd time. Kind of too late for lunch but a bit early for dinner. Week were one if the only people in there but we were ok with that. Got a great waiter who was busy prepping for dinner but took care of us very well. The calamari was awesome as usual. The bread was warm and good. The flatbread was new to the menu and it was good. Waiter advised on some other new menu items and we can’t wait to go back and try them. What a good dining experience.

I have never eaten at a Carrabba’s before. Have say it will be a while before I eat at another. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff was friendly enough. I also like a place where the kitchen is open so you can see what is going on. But that is where the«good» ends. The food is overpriced and not very good. I got the chicken parm. It was a bit overcooked, but it itself wasn’t horrible. However, the local italian joints usually serve spaghetti with the chicken parm. This was served with some undercooked spiral noodles. My wifes seaford meal looked decent, but I was so turned off by mine I didn’t even try it. My son got the lobster ravioli. I guess it tasted better than it looked. The portions are small. My «large» chicken parm consisted of two pieces of chicken which would probably equal one piece at any mom and pop Italian place. Overall, this is a restaurant I could care less about ever going to again.

I’m a fan if the food, but not only have the portion sizes gotten smaller they also took away one of your sides. So if you get grilled chicken you can only get mashed potatoes when you used to able to get potatoes and a green veggie. Oh, the prices went up too. I say the only time to go here now is on Amore Mondays. You’ll get a free appetizer to replace the side they took away. This is an update and I’m dropping to 3 stars because now there are very limited choices of appetizers on Amore Monday. What is this place doing?

We used to love coming here and so did our friends, but service and food have definitely gone down hill in the past couple months. The place is becoming more and more like Olive Garden. Started out like a great restaurant, but now food taste cheaper, the people cooking the food don’t appear to be qualified enough to be in the kitchen(judging by the many errors). Our bread arrived with our appetizer which was slightly annoying when it had always arrived with our drinks before. The waiter forgot to give us utensils to eat with and had a bitchy«didn’t want to be there» attitude. My $ 25 filet came medium-rare(borderline rare) when I asked for a medium-well. They fried up another steak but then it arrived well-done and not medium-well, not to mention is was extremely dry and hard to cut. Something changed, I’m not sure if it’s the manager or the people in the kitchen, or a combination of both but the place has definitely changed. We won’t be going back there anymore and neither will our friends(friends actually gave up on the place before we did). Do yourself a favor and avoid the restaurant completely.

Our party of 8 dined at the restaurant on 9÷9÷13 and had an opportunity to try the Amore Monday promotion. What a great deal! It featured an entrée, choice of dessert or appetizer and a salad or soup. 4 members of our party ordered appetizers and the other 4 ordered desserts so we had a nice combination of appetizers and desserts for our table to share. Entrees among our group included lasagna, salmon and veal marsala. Those of us who chose lasagna were very happy. There was a split decision on the veal marsala. One member of our group thought it was delicious and the other member felt it was overly salty. With the exception of our group member who thought the veal marsala was salty, everyone was happy with their entrees, soups, salads, appetizers and desserts. My lasagna was barely warm when it arrived(the other lasagnas were nice and hot temperature wise) but the individual who served our food took it back to the kitchen and promptly returned with it nice and hot. Our server was Jasmine. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive. She cheerfully refilled glasses and checked on us periodically to see if our table needed anything. Great service by Jasmine. This location was recently remodeled and looks terrific — bright, inviting décor with increased space, some redesign in the seating area and new black uniforms for the servers. Good food, inviting dining room and excellent job by our server Jasmine. We’ll be back.

I have been a long time customer here. Years. The food is good but the portions are much much smaller than they used to be. I always got a large salad and pasta. It used to be a good size salad but the bowls are smaller. I could see the bottom of the bowl. The pasta was a joke. 10 or 11 fork fulls and it was nearly empty. And pasta is cheap to buy so they should give more. I have been going here less and less lately. I only wish they were as good as they were 10 years ago.

Ate here last night with my wife, brother and sister in law. We all enjoyed our dinners and we loved the service. The server was kind and friendly as well as informative about the dishes that we had questions about. We all got seafood pasta, house salads with the house dressing and two orders of the fried calamari. The pasta was cooked just the way we liked it and the pasta sauce was flavorful. The seafood was wonderful and the fried calamari with the garlic, peppers and butter was a great compliment to the dish. The salads were fresh and good too. If you are looking for Italian and don’t mind eating at a chain, then give this place a try. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as we all did. Thanks for reading my review.
