I have been to this store multiple times and I always leave disappointed. Husbands phone is broken and he is on a work trip. I went in to have them change his phone number to an old phone that we currently own. The store is packed and I was in a rush. The lady at the front counter says ten minutes. Ok I have that kind of time. 25 minutes later after watching 8 employees, only half of them seem to be working. Girl activates phone, which come to find out she has activated under my phone number as well. Did not know until I left the store. Come back 20 minutes later. Now phone needs to be updated blah blah blah it’s an old phone. THEN I get the sales pitch. Here we go. Oh we can’t save you money unless you switch your iPhone 5s to sixes. Really now? Cause that’s not what best buy said to us! We aren’t under contract! She tells me that BB information cannot be trusted because they are third party? WHAT? Why would sprint entrust them with their phones if that were true? So I’m rolling my eyes and shutting my mouth at this point. Not the first sour experience with this store. Will end up at BB for any other problems.
