Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a pizza online for delivery, received a confirmation email that said 15 – 25 minutes. 1+ hour later still no pizza. When I call they say that their system has problems with their delivery/take out, so our pizza’s had been sitting there waiting to be picked up for over an hour. We tell them we need it delivered and were told no problem it’ll be delivered in 15 minutes. When the delivery guy gets here the pizzas are cold and then they told me that I didn’t pay. Even though I had proof that my card had already been charged. Then when I tell them I received a confirmation email with my debit card number, they tired to argue and say that I never received an email. even though it’s in my phone at this moment. At this point I didn’t even want the soggy cold pizza and told them to just keep it. I call the store manager and she says she’s not gonna do anything about it??? Excuse me, but, I should be gotten the pizza for free the first time they screwed it up, but then to screw it up again and be extremely rude and condescending is unacceptable. BLANCA, you’re rude, have no manners, and are a HORRIBLE manager. Get another job that’s not in customer service.

Ordered delivery on a Thursday at 530pm. Delivery time quoted was 30 – 40 mins. A hour later still no pizza. I was just about to call when there was a knock at the door. 1 hour and 10 mins later and pizza guy didn’t even apologize or have a reason he was so late. I had paid online with credit card and already included the tip because I didn’t have any cash on me so I had no choice but to just let him keep the tip for the horribly slow service. Won’t be ordering from this papa johns again. Too many other pizza options in the area.

I enjoy Papa John’s Pizza and order it for delivery quite often. Once the order is placed, they usually tell me that it will take about 45 minutes for delivery. Eighty percent of the time, they are usually about 15 minutes late — I am not happy that they rarely make it to my house within the quoted time frame, but I still tip well and move on. Tonight, I ordered a pizza and was once again told that it would take about 45 minutes for delivery(I planned on an hour). After an hour, I called to inquire about the status of my order, I was given the run-around, then told it would be at least another 15 – 20 minutes and no attempt on their end to offer any type of an apology. I suggested to the manager that perhaps in the future they should call their customers and advise them they are running behind. A little courtesy goes a long way. Finally, 1.5 hours later, my pizza arrived and the delivery man didn’t even apologize for delivering the pizza 45 minutes after the originally quoted delivery time. This is the last time I will ever order pizza from this location. Epic Fail!
