I am always happy with my cut, color and style at Mastercuts with Esmerelda as my stylist. She does exactly what I ask her to do and is professional while giving my salon experience a personal touch. I recommend her to my friends, co-​workers and family! I never go anywhere else.

UPDATE: After going in an explaining what had happened to the pale pink-​haired (so cool!) lady who seemed to be the one in charge this morning, she was very understanding and apologetic, set us up with a stylist who actually paid attention to the photo showing what we wanted and did a great job, and got someone to go through the bag of hair for us and put together a ponytail to donate. Our visit this morning was exponentially better than the visit last night! We will come back for haircuts with Jamie! While what happened before is still not okay, they couldn’t have handled today any better and for that I commend them.

Great service tonight. Easily got an appointment in the time frame I was looking for. Very experienced, pleasant stylist. Listened before ever starting, even though it was nearing the end of the evening. Great value.
