Maidpro

I had maidpro come to my home to do a deep cleaning prior to listing my house, 4 girls arrived very nice very polite. When I called in to get prices for the deep clean I was told that included switch plates wet wiping baseboards cleaning blinds, fans etc. it took about four hours and the girls were packing up ready to leave when I stopped the girls and asked them if they do a walk-​through she said no I said it was needed. I pointed out the fans that were still dirty smudges on the wall switch plates they were still dirty dusting that wasn’t done I wasn’t happy. So she told me they didn’t have very much time but she would try to quickly go through and maybe have to come back. As I went through the house none of the switch plates were done parts of some baseboards were done but most were untouched. They didn’t clean all the bathrooms or they did partial clean they scrubbed one wall of the shower but not the whole shower they dusted the top of the table but not the pedestal, didn’t vacuum the couches, the butlers pantry was untouched floors were dirty. I called and spoke with Brian he sent out one of the supervisors, very nice lady she came out the next day and recleaned the house she had a limited amount of time so she couldn’t get everything. The price quoted was $ 287 if I continued service or $ 297 if it was a one time clean. The plan was every 2 weeks. So since they did a bad job i was charged $ 297. This was ridiculous they even made my bed wrong, top sheet upside down and fitted inside out. I was still cleaning after my deep clean which completely defeated the purpose of them.
