Lots of TV’s to watch the game. Peanuts too. Although they had some great prices with two meals for 15.99 the food itself was not great. Greasy buttered mess. Dry chicken and wrong temp steak. Sorry had high hopes. Salads were fresh and tasty though.

Well it was around 9 o’clock last night the waiter did a good job but the food wasn’t good 2 of us at the table ordered ribeye and shrimp. The piece of steak wasn’t the best cut of meat and felt like it was out of a microwave the shrimp was cold and the butter wouldn’t melt on the potato. They were very slow at the time you can do better!

We came to the bar on July 28, 2015 happy hour. The bartender Veronica was crazy pleasant with outstanding service, exactly what i needed after a hard day. The food was great. Manager Trey made several stops asking how everything was. Great experience and ill be back!!!

After 40 minutes of waiting my two coworkers received their side salad. correction one of them got their salad the second one had to request her salad. As soon as we ordered our drinks we were prepared to order our food since Logan’s has a reputation in our building to has unusually long wait times. I just don’t understand with a place that is not even near being crowded why it takes so long to gets salads and sandwiches. We go out to lunch 4 times a week as a group usually Cheddars, Olive Garden, Italianos etc these places are packed yet they manage to bring our food in 20 minutes. If you’re wondering by the way why we came it’s because we were celebrating a birthday and she wanted to come here.

Excited to sit down and eat dinner, wasn’t very crowded so we did not have to wait to be seated. After being seated, we were passed up by at least 10 waiters/waitresses, not saying they were different waiters/waitresses, probably four in all, but they passed by a total of ten plus times. The problem I really had with this is they were not too busy and several made eye contact with me. If they would have avoided eye contact they could plead ignorance, but the eye contact sealed the deal! This went on for 15 minutes . After coming to the realization that we were not going to be helped, it was time to leave and go to another restaurant that would take our food order. Prior to leaving we did advise the manager of the issue, he was very nice and advised he would take care of us personally, but the damage was done. Eye contact was made and the line in the sand had been drawn!

Horrible service and servers with disgusting attitudes who will blatantly refuse to serve you if you are not Caucasian. We went to the restaurant for dinner and were not acknowledged until we requested a server. You would think we would get greeted at our table then, but no. All we got was one bitter old lady, holding up her finger, with a scowl and signaling«WAIT». And the other waitress flitted around talking to all of the other tables, but still ignoring us. This went on for so long, we spoke with the manager and left. I have worked in food service for years and know that we were not served because of our race. I thought that with this being 2015, that this type of behavior was a little more rare. But not at this Logan’s. Racial profiling is tasteless and disgusting. That’s too bad though, because they missed out on a potential great tip from an engineer and a successful business owner. But wait I forgot, I’m african American, so I can’t possibly have any money. Eat here at your own risk.

I stopped at this location two times this week. I always consult Unilocal and was concerned about the low rating for a chain restaurant. The first night I was tired and it was close to the motel that I am staying at. Since I was alone I chose to sit at the bar. There I met Tony, the bartender. He is a people person. I ordered the mesquite grill sirloin. They nailed it. A good cut, cooked perfectly. Tonight was my last night in town so to keep things simple, I went back. Sat at the bar again and Tony again was my server. New York strip steak tonight, also cooked perfectly. Paired it with the grilled veggies and a fried pickle started. It is a chain. I look for standard of product and well trained staff. I found both at this location. No frills, not a high end steakhouse. Good food, great service. Stop in a see Tony at the bar. He know how to win and keep a customer. I will be back!

The service is good however for the price the cut of meat is terrible. If you are looking for a good steak I would not recommend this place. I ordered the blue cheese topping for my stem and they forgot it, the waiter simply brought me a bowl of blue cheese and dumped it on top of my steak. On a positive note the atmosphere is nice and they have really good bread and ranch. They need better quality meat for the price.

Not a steakhouse but a slophouse. Had steak and it was so thin it only had one side:)). Gristly and flavorless. Golden Corral is better. Would avoid at all costs. Poor service and food means I would never go back. How can this place survive?

My second time at Logan’s this location. I’ve enjoyed the food, and service. The manager came over to check and made sure everything was good. Sorry did not get the servers name but he was awesome. Moved quickly made sure we did not want for anything. Coupon for free dessert was honored and packed it up so we could bring it home.

Service was fine, sides were fine, steak wasn’t seasoned well and was tough. You can get a better steak for the price just about anywhere. Wasn’t the worst experience but there isn’t a reason to return either.

Ate at this location on 6÷8÷2014 and if you have ever had Brittany for a server, you are no doubt a repeat customer. Not only does Brittany provide top level service but the manager Ray even came around to check on how things were. I had the BBQ ribs and shrimp with coleslaw and dirty rice. The ribs were fall off the bone succulent. The coleslaw could have used a little more dressing for my taste but still quite good. I washed it down with the coldest ice tea anywhere. When you go there and Brittany is your server ask her about the national straw shortage and you will have a good laugh.

The complimentary bread is the ONLY reason to go here! I had the 6 oz and lobster menu and I was not impressed. The grilled lobster is okay, nothing outstanding, but good price for a seafood and meat meal, but I was quite disappointed with the meat. The steak was very dry. There’s complimentary peanuts on every table. The service was fine, the food was just okay.

Happy hour is $ 1 off beer/wines — YES! Excellent pit stop for a drink while I wait for traffic to die down. + the hot fresh rolls + fun and friendly staff + clos du bois chardonnay on the list=happy gal! + sampler appetizer is great for sharing HIGHLYRECOMMEND: Kickin’ Logan’s Chicken’ Salad — Blackened chicken over fresh romaine and iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, hard-boiled egg, mushrooms, shredded cheese, bacon bits, a roasted corn and black bean salsa and crispy tortilla chips.

Been meaning to try this place since it when in but never really panned out. I wasn’t missing anything. Nothing really makes this chain stand out from any of it’s competition. Peanuts on the table were nice, but what would have been nicer would be to have the«empty shell» bucket be empty instead of half filled with shells from whoever ate at the table prior. The salad was too cold, the italian dressing didn’t really pop. Got the New York Strip. It was almost as if it was frozen too long… taste was just off. The seasoning was good, but the meat itself just wasn’t there. Asked for the sweet potato fixings on the side… got them on top. Overall very poor service to boot. Couldn’t get a soft drink refill to save my life even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Check it off as tried it but can’t say that I’ll be back anytime soon.

Really should be 3.5. But couldn’t go to 4. I’m not sure about the bad reviews. None of those issues were present in our visit. It is after all Logan’s Roadhouse. It’s not Three Forks! Expectations should be relevant to your choice of dining establishments. This is a place where you throw your peanut shells on the floor!!! lol The service was very good. The staff polite, opening the front doors on arrival and departure. Our waitress couldn’t really have been any better. She was attentive, but not overbearing. We didn’t wait for anything. The food was good. We shared the appetizer sampler and the country fried steak. Quality was as expected and portion sizes were ample. A cold beer in a large frosted mug and some lemonade and we left as happy campers! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Pee, pee, pee, pee is all I can say. It’s such a long story but basically someone(male not a child) peed in one of the booths. The waittress apparently tried to clean it with antibacterial soap? and they still sat us there even though there was about 40 other open tables. WTF? By the time I got there, they had already moved my sisters. My sister who sat on that side of the booth wasn’t sure if it was pee or not but after another patron complained(yes, they sat someone else there), we realized that it was pee. We had finished our meal by this time so I called the manager. I was upset that they would knowingly sit someone in the booth after we complained so I wanted to verify whether they knew prior to sitting us there. And the answer was YES. So, not only did they sit us in a pee soaked booth, but they also allowed it to contaminate two other booths. Somehow this has to be a health code violation. The manager returned our money(we had paid already) but I didn’t even care, I was just disgusted that a host staff and a waittress(and YES they all knew about the pee) would knowingly sit ppl in that booth. NOTFUNNY! I went online and wrote a complaint and the regional manager did respond with of course, gift certificates — no thanks, I will not be back… ever. And the waittress was also not very attentive to us during the meal, my sister thinks because she knew what she did and was embarrassed so she avoided us? Overall, I would not go back to any location…
