These people are awesome! I brought my ring in for its inspection and they were so fast and friendly. They even informed me that the other Kay I went to did the inspection wrong (potentially voiding my warranty) but helped fix it and gave me new paperwork. I will never go anywhere else now!

WOW!!! It’s soooooo nice to go into a jewelry store & not have all the sales people bum rush you as soon as you walk in!!! Sorry, I needed to get that out of the way first thing!!!
My God Daughter just graduated from High School! Whoo Hoo!!! That’s right!!! She didn’t fall victim to the usual HS partying, teen pregnancy statistics at all! So I felt she deserved something nice!!!
I’ve shopped at Kay Jewelers in the past & appreciate the fact that they not only have great service, but their prices & selection are out of this world!!! I love their selection!!!
So my God Daughter got on Kay’s site, picked out her FAVE birthstone & diamond ring she wanted, & wouldn’t you know… the Deerbrook location had ONE left in stock!!! After calling up to Kay’s, I was told my baby’s ring would be held in under stock.
So I walked on in last Friday, & even though there were already customers being helped when I walked in, there was still someone to help me right away!!!
Great attitude, super friendly, & remembered all of the details that I spoke about on the phone the day before. 12 diamonds…1 for each year of school!!! The sales lady even helped me decided the best way to present it to her since I had 3 different ideas… I rolled with her advice. Worked out Beautifully!!!
I was not rushed through my purchase, as I wanted to look at some other items I am also interested in. She offered me the low cost Lifetime warranty, which I decided to purchase, & I was on my way.
I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers location bc they have just about everything I looked at online, in stock in the store. One of our best Unilocalers is also employed by this Kay’s, although only works seasonal. It was nice to hear everyone speak so highly of Tabatha L, my BF & the 1^st woman I became friends with on Unilocal!!!
