Elite RV & Car Care

There is absolutely nothing bad that I can say about Elite RV & Car Care. I made an appointment with the service manager, William, to meet him this morning to look over my vehicle. I was nervous about cost and getting taken advantage of because, let’s face it, I’m a woman and I was heading to the mechanic.
Let me rewind. I received an oil change from Jiffy Lube in Humble about a month ago. A few days later, I noticed that oil was shooting out of the top of my engine block, staining the underside of my hood and coating my engine. I checked the oil and saw that it had been overfilled. Jiffy Lube denied overfilling (before even looking under the hood and checking the dipstick).
My engine continued to smoke and oil was profusely building up under the valve cover. When I had William check the level of oil, he found it to be overfilled and pooling in my engine. He made the necessary repairs (my valve cover gasket had ruptured and the PCV Valve was damaged.) We spoke at length regarding other issues with my vehicle and he let me know what I needed to change immediately and what could wait. He changed lightbulbs that needed changing without my asking and made sure my wiper blades were replaced as we were having inclement weather.
I will make sure that every future oil change, brake job, and tune-​up occurs at this location. I have never felt so at ease and informed as a customer. Two thumbs up!
