They insinuated that my letterman jacket’s sleeves weren’t real leather, which, whatever. But I’m most angry that they somehow stained my letterman patches. My c/o 2016 patch is now pink. It used to be white, and the sleeves are red. They somehow managed to only stain that one. It could’ve been worse but I’m extremely upset with it, because I worked incredibly hard for two years to letter, and I paid a lot of money for it. My mother is so irritated that she’s not going to bring it back, she’s just going to call Dilly Letters and ask what to clean the patch with. Never using again.

I have been going to this cleaners for about 3 months now. They are very affordable for normal shirt, pants, jacket, sweater cleaning. I don’t have any complaints. I did take a formal dress in to be steamed but felt the quote of $ 25 was a little steep so I didn’t leave it.

Wow! So I took a very nice shirt here that had a bit of beading on the front. I specifically asked before dropping it off if they would be able to clean the item without damaging(because of the beading). I had a place in Austin that could dry clean it for me no problem, so I figured everything would be ok. Wrong! When I picked it up all of the beading was ripped off and still hanging there on the shirt. Worst part, they weren’t even going to say anything! They were just going to let me pay for it and take it home without mentioning it was destroyed! She had her seamstress look at it, said she couldn’t fix it, and then told me it was my problem! Never coming back! Maybe if all you get cleaned is cheap clothes this place is ok. But I would not bring anything over $ 50 value!
