A great product at a reasonable price. The tap room is small, but the connection to the restaurant next door means you can enjoy the beer and grab a bite at the same time.

Yummy beer and food from next door is great! Super chill place to hang! We loved the staff and sample several and then proceeded to flights. We tried every beer they had in house!

Brewery tasting room — good beer, tried the flight. Great server. Fun place for a quick stop, kind of out of town although easy to get to from I-94.

Tried this place tonight thanks to an awesome Groupon deal. Aside from it being way off the beaten path I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Great beer selection. Really friendly and helpful owner who mingled with all customers. Very clean and modern place. We will be going back!

The thing about taprooms is that even as trendy as they are right now they’re really only as good as their beer. Product is everything and Pitchfork nailed it. The Pitchfork Pale is their biggest seller and you quickly will see why once you taste it. They also have a variety of smaller small batch and seasonal selections that change frequently. You can taste how fresh everything is. There are awards in their future for sure. Worth the drive… even for a Northeaster.

Great place. Really unique beer. Friendly staff and brewers. Stop by after I ski at willow and they are always friendly. Side note I have been in with my with and kids and they 110% kid friendly. Wonderful spot for a pint and root beer.

I’m in love with Pitchfork! I’m no beer connoisseur by any means, but I’ve done my fair share of trying different beers and different places and this is always the place I recommend to people! I love that they rotate so often because I feel like there’s always something new to try. Great atmosphere for a Packer game too! The staff are super friendly and always willing to give out a sample if you’re unsure about your selection. Check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

This brewery was really cool to check out. They have great beers and for craft beers the price was right. The staff was very friendly and it was nice and gave a very homie feel. It was really nice that they had a board on each table listing all the beers with a detailed description of each. I was impressed with the variety of beers they had as well. I had the Scottish ale and it was excellent. My second was the pitchfork ale which was ok but I will definitely be back to try the other ones.

It’s worth looking for Wish I’d known of it sooner Can’t wait to go back Damn it feels good to be a Unilocala! I probably could have gone another couple years without knowing of this place if it wasn’t for Unilocal. Was reading the recent reviews from Unilocal legend(and new Western Wisconsin resident) Lorraine N, and saw her 5-star for here. What What Whaat? A brewery in Hudson that I was not aware of? Must check it out. Take exit 4 off of 94 eastbound, and Pitchfork is just on the north side of the interstate in a strip mall on the frontage road. It is right next door to Paddy Ryan’s Irish Pub where I have been a few times in the past but several years ago(I hardly ever take exit 4). Dimly lit and kind of small place. Two tables, two booths and maybe 12 – 15 bar stools. They have eight beers on tap which rotate. Tonight they had Pitchfork Pale, Cranberry Cheer Ale, American Gothic IPA, Grain Witch Black IPA, Kolsch, Smoked Scottish Ale, Hayride Pumpkin Porter and Barn Door Brown Ale. Went with the two IPA’s. I’m not really good at writing lengthy, detailed descriptions of food or beer. I just know if I liked it or not. I LIKED the beers here, and how. Hungry? You can get a limited number of appetizers from Paddy Ryan’s next door which they will bring over for you(all of which use Pitchfork beer as one of their ingredients). The full menu is not available in the taproom, but if you want a full meal just walk over there and pop a squat(which you can do without going outside). I highly recommend the Irish Sausage Rolls. The buttery croissants they come in are almost as good as the sausage. Check Pitchfork out sometime if you are in the vicinity. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Bit of an odd location, off 94 in a small strip mall next to an Irish bar. I believe you can get food from there as well. Once inside, it has the feel of a small neighborhood bar that just happens to serve their own beer instead of Miller. Service was great. I tried the Pumpkin Firkin and was not a fan but that’s not a judgement on them, just too heavy for my likings. Went with the Straw German Pilsner which was much more my speed. Good stuff.

A quality brewery right in my own hood. This is a great space comfy, cozy, great beers and decent prices. The owners that craft your brew even come out and chit chat with you. I had a flight for 6.00 and found all the beers drinkable. I really loved the Pumpkin Firkin…

This location is prefect! I stopped by on my way out of town at the beginning of the weekend and then again on my way back at the end of the weekend to get my growler filled. What helps is that they have some mighty fine tasting brews! Beers with flavor! That’s what I love. Even their mistakes are good. The Fall Session Ale was delicious. Lighter on the alcohol content, but a great Belgian flavor. The Side Saddle brown was also a one good for a growler. I definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re in the area. Try a flight and find one to take home.
