Peking Garden

I finally found a really good Chinese takeout place. Just got some apps, fried shrimp, egg roll, pork strips and fried rice. Everything was cooked to perfection and oh so tasty. After trying most of the Chinese restaurants in Marlborough and Hudson, I am so glad I tried Peking garden. This definately will be my go to place from now on. Portions were generous and the cost was extremely reasonable. Give it a try!

Buffet is very ordinary. Be ready to OD on MSG.
No music; the place is silent as a library.

Best Chinese food around for me. Fried rice is great and the rest of the food is above average. We moved to Hudson 15 years ago and found this place. We now live 20 minutes away and I still drive here for the food.

Just moved to the area and had Peking Garden for the first time last night. This place is exactly what I look for in Chinese take out. Excellent food, friendly staff and great prices. My wife and I will definitely be ordering again and will use this place for our standard Christmas Eve family order!

The place isn’t exactly fancy but I don’t really care since I just go for takeout. The people are very friendly, the prices are excellent and the food is delicious.

Honestly, it’s MUCH harder to find high quality, consistently fresh, and delicious Chinese food at a reasonable price than it should be. There are so many «questionable» Chinese restaurants out there with gross food and bad service. So I have been living in the general area for my whole life, have been to just about every Chinese food restaurant there is in the area, have had luck at some local places and just hadn’t been to this one in over 10 years because I went with some of the other places in the area that I was used to. So my GF and I were looking to get some Chinese food last month and I thought of Peking Garden randomly for some reason. I told her we should try it since it’s incredibly close to where we live and I remembered it being «ok» from 10 years ago. So we went and I’m honestly kicking myself for waiting 10 years to go back. Since then, we have been back 3 times and the food and take out service has been PERFECT each and every time. First off, the nice girl who seems to take the orders over the phone every time get them right every single time. She makes sure she gets our «special instructions» right on everything. Then, the food is packed perfectly and ready when she say’s it’s going to be ready. Not before (because it’s actually cooked and not just microwaved) and not after (because they provide great time estimates). Then you get home, pull the piping hot food out and it’s consistently amazing every time. Everything we’ve gotten every time has been incredibly hot, fresh, high quality, and delicious. I honestly don’t have one complain about anything we’ve ordered. This is the new «go-​to» place for us and based on the food and friendly service, I will be doing business here going forward. HIGHLY recommended!

Have been here many times & very nice people but seem to have a duck sauce issue. I spent upwards of $ 30 & asked for extra duck sauce & she said give you two that’s enough. They don’t even full those tiny containers to the top. Can’t believe they can give big orders of food & cheap out on sauce.

Currently, the best Chinese restaurant in the area. Take-​out always hot and varied in flavors. Delicious crab rangoon.

Great food. I ordered takeout and food was fresh, tasty and delicious.
The buffet looked good. There was only 3 people dining in for the buffet and they were still bringing food out to fill the steam table. Can’t beat the dinner buffet for $ 8.10 per person and get free fountain soda.

The food at the buffet was not particularly hot, but it was warm. Overall, tasted ok but… I agree with the prior reviewer, Zack S. Meh.
I feel there’s better Chinese food in Hudson (read: Yummy Yummy).

When I first started dating my now husband he lived in Hudson and we ordered from here all the time. It was always fantastic. Our favorites were the peking dumplings, scallion pancakes (best I’ve ever had), beef teryaki, pork fried rice, spring rolls and sichion (sp) chicken or beef. When we moved to S Boston we tried about 10 different chinese places and nothing compared – we even got my sister and old roommate hooked on Peking Garden as well. So our solution to not find a substitute was that every now and again my husband would make the trip to Hudson so we could get our chinese fix. Now we moved to the Norwood area and have so far tried 4 places and none compare to Peking Garden. We are trying a 5^th place tonight but I am not holding my breath. If we can’t find somewhere good I am sending my husband to Hudson. I so wish I could move Peking Garden here!

I got take out from here a couple of months ago. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with anything, it was just so… meh. Nothing was super hot or super flavorful. Plus their online ordering system never works.

When I worked in Hudson, my boss at the time would often treat us to lunch here. This is a family owned and run business and the staff were always very friendly. The buffet is on the small side but the food is always fresh and well stocked. The restaurant is very cozy and very clean. If you are craving chinese in Hudson and want something quick and easy, this is the place for you.

This is the best quick-​stop Chinese restaurant in the Hudson area. Three things I love about this tiny restaurant: Fresh food, good price and friendly staff. I ate in their little buffet or take-​out. And always satisfied. The buffet line has about 10 options and always fresh. And they are very attentive to make sure they never run out of food on their buffet. One time there was no chicken wings and it was late. I guess they were about to close. The owner came over and said he was preparing more and I did not even had to ask. Places like this you should write reviews. It is family owned. If you want a quick and fresh food you should try it out. Not fancy but for the price and food it is worth it.
