I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered appliances from this store. I will never do that again. They never communicated with me for more than 2 weeks after I placed my order, and it was only after I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order that they gave me any indication of when it might be delivered. When they finally called to set up a delivery date, they told me that their delivery person would not be able to install my new dishwasher, in spite of the fact that I had specifically requested that when I placed the order. For this reason, I ended up cancelling the order, and will never do business with this particular store again. I have done a lot of business with the Lowe’s in Leominster, including having a new roof installed, and have always been happy with the way I’ve been treated there. Not the same in Hudson.

I just don’t understand this company. There are good employee’s and bad ones. Let’s check on the good departments. Paint Dep. vey friendly employees to assist you in Everything. Lumber awesome people, Plumbing this guy that works there he is a plain simple an Asshole etc. Now it’s time to pay for your items. Most of the cashier’s are rude no personally. Customer service. One of the worse people I ever seen in my entire life… I think they are not realizing that our money is what keep them to have their job. I wish a manager would get his ASS off his desk and stand around for a few minutes to see how they approach a customer when trying to return an item or paying for an item! I’m not sure if these people have no other option in getting a job or they are trained to be that way, but finally I’ve made up my mind I’ll drive to Marlboro and go to Homedepot very easy to get what you need and personal are much friendly.

This place kinda sucks. The people are half friendly and half kind of evil. Most of the people are complete idiots and know nothing. They just climb the ladders in the store and stand around. It’s the closest place to go for hardware so I don’t have a choice. I just wish the place wasn’t filled with airheads

Very clean store. Excellent appliance department. This used to be one of only two stores in the whole plaza now it is thriving. Every time I come back there are more stores are being built.

I went here today to buy a washer and dryer. No one around to help me in that department so NOSALE! You lose Lowe’s. Went towards the rug department to get rugs for 4 rooms. I had to say excuse me to get by three employees just talking and spread across the aisle. One employee looked mad at me for asking him to move! LOL!!! Entitled employees here for sure. No one in the rug department to help me so once again: NOSALE! You lose again Lowe’s! Lots of employees milling around and talking without helping customers. I was about to spend almost $ 4,000 on my purchases today but, no help=NOSALE! What the heck is wrong with this place? Advice: Go to your local, established appliance and rug stores. You’ll get better service.

Employees here are either rude, clueless or sexist. None of which I want to deal with while trying to do a project or deal with an emergency at home. I’ll do my business elsewhere where it’s not acceptable to ignore or insult me(National Lumber in Berlin. just two minutes down the road)

I shop here because they have a good selection of products. In general I find the employees on the floor to be RUDE and CLUELESS. They cannot be troubled to help me find a particular product. The worst thing though is that they never have any registers open, only the self-checkout, and the self-checkout NEVER works. Almost never, maybe one out of five times. Again a RUDE employee blamed me for the fact that the self-checkout did not work for me.
