I had a really great experience at Billy’s. I had a tear in my tire and had to have it towed to the nearest mechanic. I called and had no issues coordinating the tow. While my tire could not be patched they were very helpful. They even had time to do an oil change.
Billy and Cesar were very friendly both times I called. They were even friendlier in person. While I waited for a tow they had coffee, water and seltzer available. I also overheard exceptional customer service while different workers were on the phone. The price for a synthetic oil change was 15% cheaper than I’ve paid to have it done at the oil change chains.

Billy and Allen do great work ! They are both good guys who you can trust. They do all my work and have treated me fairly. They stand behind their work and will always go the extra mile for their customers.

Today was my first time at Billy’s — I was getting my sideview mirror exchanged and a synthetic oil change. The total price = INCREDIBLE. I won’t say how low because I know different cars require different labor time, but I will just say I was happy. :) To add to an already great experience, Billy and Cesar are true gentlemen and a pleasure to chat with while you’re getting your car fixed. They don’t gauge customers like some other mechanics do, which is a welcome change. I will be back at Billy’s the next time I need maintenance or repair on my car.
