Five star review, five star service! Neal @ Access Locksmiths was great to deal with, he returned my call quickly after our after-​hours situation, and on site was quick and thorough, explained things, and even pointed out/​fixed a few other minor things. No touch of cologne or weirdness, either! (as indicated in a very strange review below) Nice guy.

Access is top notch. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Neal was prompt and prepared. He rekeyed all the locks on my new home in Ancram, happily accepted the 10% off coupon and even followed-​up by phone to make sure all was well. I highly recommend Access.

Neal from the Hudson, NY office arrived on time, was extremely courteous (he even had treats for my dogs) and got right to work. Both explained and showed me the problem with my lock (it had been installed incorrectly to begin with) and proceeded to correct the problem. Felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities. Will definitely use his services again if needed, and highly recommend him.

Neal changed the keys on a discontinued lock. Key now turns smooth as silk. He was extremely responsive, reasonably priced and skilled. Definitely recommend him.

Neal and Access Locksmith’s is great!
So far I’ve dealt with them for close to 3 years.
He’s a dependable (especially in emergency situations!)
He did all the locksmth work on the shop 3FortySeven in Hudson
& came back when we had to redo and add other doors for our bar + food truck market.
As well as he’s done work on my own apartments… having moved multiple times.
I trust him with all my locksmith needs!

Creepy guy. Scared the crap out of us. Reeked of cologne. Charged us for the GPS directions instead of the directions we gave him, which were shorter. Adequately done work, but done with zero social skills. Asking two women if they live «all alone out here» while you’re changing their locks is nothing short of creepy. Then he called us a week later to «discuss the rate he charged» us. Weird weird weird.
