Food is fairly good but the girl with the bright pinkish red hair that runs the front counter at lunch time is horrible. She had absolutley no customer service whatsoever. I have meant to leave a review several times about her but kept forgetting. I would ask for my billl to be split in 2 because I was picking lunch up for me and a co worker and she would make smart remarks as if she could not do it, she has no personality and if you try to be pleasant towards her she acts like she ignores it. Will only go back if I am starving unless she is gone. Like the food, but that worker…

First visit and only visit. Waited 10 min to find out to order at the counter(standing in front of the counter). 8 employees looked at us and finally 1 of them stepped up. My small pizza was good.(grace) my husband said his tasted like a totinos frozen pizza. We waited almost 30 min for the pizzas. Only 1 other family ordered before us. But to watch 3 other tables get food(pizza and salads) that ordered after us. I guess the topper for me. Was when a young lady(employe) dug her tights out of her butt while leaning over the counter(butt facing dinning room) Then handle food. So 2 small pizzas and 2 soft drinks $ 30.00. We won’t be back. FYI. Take a jacket it’s freaking cold in there Update *** the owner contacted me about the review. I’m impressed. He was so sweet. Offered to buy dinner for my husband and myself. I thanked him and said we would be giving his place another try. We declined his offer for the dinner. We would much rather just enjoy a good meal. I want to thank Jay again for such a great phone call and being so eager to better a diners experience

I have visited Palio’s a few times now and have always had a good experience. It’s a nice, family friendly pizza place and a step(or two), above what one normally thinks of when you think pizza joint. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and décor and offers booths and tables so everyone can find a spot they like. They also offer outdoor seating, which I look forward trying out sometime soon. They offer a variety of specialty pizzas, along with your standard meat and veggie lovers types and of course you can build your own if you so desire. We have not run into one that was disappointing. On this particular visit we went with a veggie pizza and it was very good. Their crust is what makes their pizzas so good IMO. It is kind of like a hand tossed thickness, but the way they bake their pizzas lets the bottom crisp up nicely. So you get crunchy and soft in one bite. And they do a great job of getting that texture throughout your pie. You know how sometimes the center of the pie crust seems soggy? Not here, it nice and even. Oh, and they cut their pizzas into small squares, which I prefer to the big slices. It’s a personal preference thing but it sure makes it easier to eat! Service is friendly and efficient. You order at the counter when you come in, grab your own drinks and they bring you out your entrees or pizza. Yes, they offer pasta, but I enjoy their pizza too much to have tried anything else yet. Maybe on my next visit, and I know there will be a next visit…

Still overpriced and now… not a particularly great pie. Just picked up 3 mediums — Classic, Buffalo Chicken and a cheese/peperonni. Over $ 30 for three pretty small pizzas — about $ 10 more than Papa John’s or Domino’s. They’ve gotten stingy with the toppings to the point that parts of all three pizzas were pretty bare. It’s one thing if you’re talking about a cheap $ 5 pizza from Little Caesar’s…but ridiculous for pizzas that are going for over $ 10 apiece even with the ‘managers special’ price applied. Papa John’s or even Pizza Hut are better options now. Save yourself some cash.

This is our new favorite Italian restaurant. Their pizza comes standard with very thin crust, but if that is not how you like your pizza, they will fix it the thickness you request it without an additional charge. Their sandwiches are wonderful, as well as their pasta dishes. Their Chicken Parmesan is my favorite dish, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs is my husband’s favorite. Their homemade bread is fabulous. They have a lunch special M-F for $ 8.99 or $ 9.99 that includes a salad and drink that is a good value. The sandwiches also come with chips, and the pasta dishes come with their cheese bread.

So I tried to give palios another try. And now I’ve been craving their spinach and Alfredo pizza. I fell in love with this place bit was a rough start but eventually won me over. I am addicted.

While in Weatherford, we visited with family who took us out to this wonderful restaurant. My husband and I are already Palio’s fans from the Irving location so we were more than thrilled to dine at this location. The service was excellent. One of the pasta dishes accidentally came out without spinach so the waitress gave us the dish that got made and made the correct order plate and comp’d us both plates. Now that’s what I’m talking about! We ordered the Mediterranean and Veggie pizzas-both were delicious and very well made. The ambiance and décor is very modern and appealing. Makes for a great place to dine out.

The food is great but the service is a toss-up. We just called and the kid on the phone was extremely rude. Still, we decided to drive over to order take-out. When my husband walked in the door, two teenage boys just stared at him. No greeting, no «How can I help you?» My husband is not one to get that upset about service, but that lack of customer service and gratitude was the tipping point. After awkwardly standing there with no acknowledgement, he walked out. It’s too bad because we were looking forward to eating there. Maybe next time…

Thin and crispy crust topped with fresh, tender, juicy veggies with succulent meats and melty cheese. The deserts are the bomb diggity, and the atmosphere is pretty sweet. Top it off with a friendly wait staff, and youve got one awesome pizza stop. I will be coming back for sure!

Best pizza EVER! Thin crispy crust, and all the topping were fresh and delicious! My son had the kids Alfredo, and the noodles were cooked perfectly, it was so tasty! YUM!

Best pizza in Weatherford. This town so needed something like this. They have their own classic style of crust which is crispy and awesome. They have unique flavor combinations as well as the traditional meat lovers type. The desserts are also really good!

Patios’ opened up across the street from the Walmart in Hudson Oaks. We the opportunity to partake in lunch the day after Christmas. This is not your typical Pizza place. At first glance it is a little more upscale but still inviting enough to not be standoffish. A interior design that includes a touch of post modern, combined with stacked stone and acid stained floors. Lots of different pastas and pizzas to choose from and in sampling several different things, was not dissatisfied with anything hey had to offer. The sauces are very good, some of the best flavor a I have had on a pizza joint and the crust was thin and flaky– and just sort of melts in your mouth(funny, I don’t think I have ever said that about a Pizza crust!) It was a Friday afternoon and the place was pretty busy. Steady throughout. The staff is really friendly and the owners were working on the Pizza line ready to help. My only criticism came in the way that they processed the orders while busy– salads on one of our party was overlooked and the Twins’ small cheese pizzas were totally forgotten. By the time we got the kids cheese pizzas(the easiest ones to Make) the adults had already finished eating. Having kids sit there with no food is no good! All in all, I have to rate this five stars with two as the place was everything that had been built up to be. A great addition to Hudson Oaks /Weatherford and we hope that they have a prosperous business with a great community relationship in the years to come.
