I have never had a more unprofessional and overall incompetent experience with a business than with Brazilian Cleaning Solutions. I purchased a Groupon for a 4 hour service and attempted to schedule an appointment via email, which felt like pulling teeth. The representative I worked with replied in either one-word responses or simply exclaimed, «We don’t work that day!» After listing my availability day-to-day over the course of 2 weeks, the representative emailed back to offer a date of Saturday, July 25(outside of my list). I accepted the offer, also via email, and provided my details. A week before the scheduled appointment, I followed up, via email and voicemail, to confirm. I recieved a text message from a representative the next day stating, «We don’t work on weekends!» When I explained that not only had I confirmed the appointment via email, but that the representative I was working with specifically offered that date, they replied, «Probably it was a mistake! We need to reschedule,» and offered me July 27. After demanding they find an earlier date, they offered June 27 which I confirmed. 3 days before the newly scheduled appointment, I recieved a phone call from Brazilian Cleaning Solutions. They informed me that working through Groupon was inconvenient for them and they decided they would no longer accept Groupon vouchers. They explained that my appointment of June 27 was still standing; however, I would need to pay about 43% more for the same service I originally purchased as the Groupon no longer applied. DONOT waste your time with this business. I don’t think I could have had a worse experience.

HORRIBLE with scheduling. I brought a Groupon and emailed and called the owner to try to schedule a time slot weeks in advance(knowing I had family coming in that weekend). I was told we were all set for Thursday afternoon and I would hear from them a few days before on the exact time. I arranged to leave work early on that day(I work 8−530pm ish) and then followed up the day before to confirm time. I was told they didn’t have me on the schedule and we didn’t discuss this. I took a picture of our email chain as proof and texted it and the owner still was not nice or apologetic and offered up a early morning time slot I couldn’t do. Bottom line– DONOT book here.

I had my first cleaning(a deep clean) with this company a few days ago. After it was 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, I called to see what the status was, kept getting the run around, then they eventually showed up.5 hours late at 6:30 pm. The crew that showed up was nice and courteous. However, they barely spoke English. It was only a problem because I wasn’t able to communicate with them what I wanted cleaned etc. They did a decent job cleaning, but for a «deep clean» I expected there to be more detailed cleaning and for them to be there longer than an hour. There was a lot that they missed, even areas that their website stated that was included.

I had purchased a groupon from this company, they did a good job cleaning. However, when I scheduled a second cleaning the following week, the crew did not show up for their scheduled day and failed to communicate they were not coming. Unprofessional.
