I was also referred to this company through my home warranty company. I had a leaking water heater at my home. When their guy came out, he not only misdiagnosed the problem but also seemed rather inpatient, rude and unwilling to answer my questions. I would give zero to them if I could. Please avoid them.

I would give zero stars really. I was referred to this plumbing company through my home warranty company. I would never use them again or recommend them to any of my friends. We had difficulty scheduling an appointment for repair our garbage disposal. Once they finally came out to assess, the plumber looked at it, told me it was not covered under my warranty, but demanded to be paid $ 100 (supposedly deductible even though insurance wasn’t covering it per his assessment…). He was annoyed that I didn’t have $ 100 cash. He told me this was for his assessment only, that I would have to pay another $ 295 for the actual disposal replacement. I called the Flo-​Rite office and they basically were very rude and told me this was not their problem. The customer service was extremely poor. I would never use this company again.
