You Move Me Houston

Do NOT use. Did not wrap most of my furniture and ruined walls and furniture during the move. David Jasmin the Houston «manager» doesn’t care and won’t return my call. I had to call corporate to file a complaint and they had no idea I had issued a complaint to get my walls and furniture repaired. Nothing has been resolved and it’s been over 20 days now. I am hoping corporate wraps this up soon but just wanted to give other consumers a fair warning. They promise a lot on the phone but don’t really follow through with them.

I helped a friend move this weekend in Houston and she used You Move Me. The guys were really nice and helpful. David, the manager came to check on the move to make sure all was going well. I have some family moving soon and I would recommend this company for sure.

I used «you move me» on two separate occasions — six months ago to pack up my apartment and move my items into storage, and last week for a long distance move from my Houston storage to my Dallas home. The packers and movers were amazing! They were right on time. They packed my items with great care. Nothing was broken :). They were great at packing the storage unit and I had plenty room to spare. The long distance move was done in under 12 hours. They almost made it to Dallas before I did! They even made a side stop to deposit a few things in a local storage unit here for no additional charge. David, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed and called the day prior to confirm everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing packing and/​or moving services. I will definitely look to use them again for any future moves. Thank you all for making my move easy and stress free :). I appreciate everyone who took part in my move!

we moved into Riverstone on a cold rainy day. 4 super nice guys came and moved us into our new home without a scratch. I would recommend this company any time and would use again, but we are not moving anytime soon. Great Job

David the manager helped me find a crew and we had a great experience moving some items to Austin. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They were on time and took care moving my items. Give them a try.

I hired You Move Me to simply move about 5 pieces of furniture. I chose them over my favorite movers because they have no hourly minimum and it was a small job. They arrived on time but not in uniform so I was very confused and they had a small child with them who they put to work. It made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, they were incredibly slow. Taking their leisurely time to slowly go about loading up my pieces of furniture and what should have been an hour tops ended up taking over 2 hours. I would not recommend this company.
