Wish’s Club

i took my wife here a few weeks ago and she stayed mad at me for 7 whole days… I use to love wish’s but it seems like the vibe has changed… Im looking for a hot sexy spot to go dance… Im not looking for sex at the club I just want to have fun with a vibrant happy fun crowd. wish’s seems to be getting a little dusty nowadays… I wish them well tho… I use to have fun there years ago. Can anyone tell me about Choices in the galleria area… I keep hearing about it…

Definitely a place to go to be yourself without judgment from anyone. This IS considered a Swingers bar but it’s also advertised as an OFF PREMISES Swingers bar, for those of you that do not know what that means, let me enlighten you :). It means you will NOT have sex at this bar. You can however dress a sexy as you please, dance, be yourself and make many meaningful friends as we have. I can assure you the owners and staff are all there to make your experience there one you won’t forget. It’s all about making friends and having lots of fun at Wish’s, so I challenge each of you that have made negative comments to ask for me next time and give it another chance, because I’m sure you won’t be disappointed the 2^nd time around :)

I came here for this first time and left after 1.5 minutes. Me and my husband asked for water, and after asking for just tap were told ‘we are not supposed to do that’. I then gave the bartender my passport card and when she could not find it in her state license book I attempted to explain why and she cut me off by saying ‘you better watch the way you talk to me’. Needless to say, we will not be going back.
In response to the comment below: I find nothing rude in just wanting a glass of water while deciding on what I want to drink at the bar. Why does water being brand name mean I need to buy it? I find water bottles wasteful to the environment. I was in no way rude and politely asked for just tap. I also laughed it off and apologized for the misunderstanding, to which your bartender was still unkind.
Also, as a passport is a federally issued form of identification, I feel the need to point out that Texas does indeed accept them, as well as every bar within the country. All I can sum up from your comment is that your staff is undertrained and needs to study up on what a federal ID is. I also am very surprised at how incredibly rude your comment is, and can see that this is simply a general trend at your establishment.
Update.2: In response to the second comment from what I can only consider to be a manager: being rude to a first costumer who did NOTHING wrong has not yet been remedied. Instead of apologizing for mistreating me, you tried to embarrass me by insinuating a passport isn’t a valid form of identification. I am shocked you would support a staff member speaking to a costumer so rudely, and also speaking to me so rudely by saying ‘welcome to Texas, Alex’. Well, welcome to Unilocal,and enjoy your 1 star darlin’. I’ll be at another bar sweetheart.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. We walked out. First why did you advertise yourself as a swingers bar?!! This is a bar for older folks, all country music and tons of smoke. A swingers bar has a vip area to play. This is hilarious and gross too lmao. Stay away if you plan to get laid by anyone under 50 and don’t like country and smoke.

It’s so nice here you can be your self and meet new Amazing ppl. Some of the music is a bit too old school for me but I guess it’s because am way younger than the other couples.

The more that we go the more that we like it. There is a distinct return «offender» crowd and we are all learning to respect the fact that most of the people who go are exhibitionists,

My husband and I are new to the lifestyle and chose Wishs because it is close to our house. We went on a Thursday night and it was very slow, but the waitstaff was awesome. Our waitress talked to us a lot and the owners came over and chatted for about 30 minutes, then offered to pay our cover if we went the next night. So, we did! :) We asked for the same waitress, Christina, and she was amazing, again. It wasn’t as busy as we would have liked it to be, but it was a thousand times better than Thursday night. Drinks are kind of expensive-​but I expect that at a club. DJ played requested songs all night. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We will be back again.

Great friendly. service, laid back atmosphere, dance floor has 2 mini pole platforms to let your inner stripper out. They have a shadow box that’s pretty cool and there’s a catwalk at the rear of the club soo cool. My only complaint is the DJ! he needs lessons.

I will preface my review by saying that I“m not a swinger, I have no interest in becoming a swinger and I never will become a swinger. That said, I usually come here during happy hour (before 7) before the swinger crowd gets here. I’ve been coming to this place for about 3 years now and I’ve met quite a few good friends here. Anna the lead bartender is as sweet as she can be and she’s very attentive to her patrons. My only complaint is that smoking is allowed here but I guess you can’t have everything. There’s a good selection of red and white wines and they are generously priced during happy hour and there’s other fun things going on like karoke or simply one of the patrons tellings a funny story; which would really help if you had a bad day at work. Two thumbs up!

You have not experienced a 1^st class Nite Club experience until you have visited Wish’s! For over 40 years they have been the leading Nite Club in Houston. Incredible owners, professional staff, incredible atmosphere — this club has it all! Couples Only on Saturday Nights.
