Warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Great way to spend time with a group of friends, first date, 1000^th date, etc. You won’t go away hungry and will leave with useful cooking knowledge! Class is great for the beginner or experienced. The art lesson is an added bonus and the owners are delightful. Lovely way to spend a few hours of your day!

Highly recommend! Took a bread and pasta class from Najet and Leila and couldn’t be more pleased! I’ve taken cooking classes elsewhere and been disappointed, usually because the recipes are less than ideal to make again at home (too many ingredients, odd ingredients, odd tools). Totally not the case this time! White Plate Art strives to offer realistic recipes, and explains alternatives for ingredients, tools, etc as they go! Classes are held in a «home style» kitchen environment and the owners are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door… and full when I walked out. I can still smell the amazing aromas. Perfect idea for Girls Night Out, Date Night, bachelorette party, wedding shower, birthday party, etc. I’ll definitely be back… with friends!

I attended the ABCs of Yeast and Pasta Doughs. I was able to get over my fear of making these types of doughs. The process was easy to learn and follow. The finished products tasted amazing and the kitchen smelled fabulous. I went home with enough dough to spoil my friends and family with homemade goodies. I have also already looked up a pasta machine to buy for home! Please check out their calendar. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing!!! Have to say cooking classes aren’t really my thing but the class was such a delight! Love the atmosphere cozy, warm and very inviting. Najet was knowledgeable and has a way about her teaching that makes anyone want to learn more. The food ridiculously good, I’m still thinking about it, even considering making it on my own! Loved the touch on water coloring while the food was cooking. Peaked my interest and want to learn more. BYOB need I say more. Great place for friends to get together. Also seems like even the seasoned cook would get something out of the class.
A big A+ experience for me. I have been converted and will definitely be back.

I love White Plate! The atmosphere is intimate, warm and comfortable. A beautiful old house, walls covered with Najet’s art. I came for a brunch class and enjoyed a thoroughly peaceful and lovely morning cooking and learning painting techniques while drinking a mimosa with friends. Najet’s food is delicious and her tips and techniques were both simple and brilliant. She knows her stuff. Leila was also kind and welcoming and made the morning a real treat. I enjoyed being in good company, eating delicious food and making something creative with my hands — perfect Sunday morning.
